CAN NOT SHARE SCREEN AS A PAID HOST

No sure if I like this technical support.  I should not have to work so hard for an answer.  I am the customer.

 

I have a paid license and after the last upgrade, when I log in as host for my meeting; I get a message at the top of 

the screen that says I can not share my screen.  WHY? 

 

This is very frustrating and I have tried to get an answer for a couple of weeks.  I dont have time to scroll though conversations and webinars, this should be any easy fix.  Hope someone from zoomland can help with this.

    @Andix3 Sorry to hear about your issues.  Not sure if you have checked the actual technical support site for contact information, but you can find that here

     

    That being said, you should be able to share regardless of your version.  I know it has been a few weeks, but have you rebooted your computer in that time?  Is there any error message or error number other than 'Unable to Share Screen'?  Do you have the same problem if you try to share your screen on meetings you are not hosting?
