Weird screen split in the middle of a call
In the middle of a call this happened (black rectangle for privacy). Has anyone ever seen anything like this? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi,
Whenever I run Zoom' the memory consumption of Desktop Window Manager raises from negligible standard to around 1500 MB.
This create a slow and unstable zoom session.
What can be done?
My name displays as a series of letters and numbers and symbols. My profile shows my correct name. What is going on and how do I fix it?

hi, i am in a zoom call, and I am trying to watch a youtube video (i do not want to share the video/screen). When i play the video while on call, the sound of the video is reduced (even at full volume) while the audio in the call has proper sound. I cant seem to listen to the youtube video sound, and meeting sound at the same volume, as the meeting volume is always higher than the video, no matter what volume i am at. When i leave the meeting, i am able to hear the video properly, is there any settings i can adjust to hear them both (meeting and youtube video) at the same volume? ps: i am using an ipad

Our own hosted Sendmail server gives the following problem :- Dec 23 13:50:34 mx01 sendmail[10474]: 1BN8KXZN010474: o4.sg.zoom.us [149.72.198.96] did not issue MAIL/EXPN/VRFY/ETRN during connection to MTA Problem persists only with Zoom Server. Emails from others are coming through.

I have been experiencing issues of video lag during the screen sharing. Tried with both -- Optimize video option checked and unchecked. However the video lag still persist. The video lag is visible to all participants however the host sharing the file sees it properly on his laptop. One observation we had, this happens only when the video file is shared over email or uploaded to the drive or even copied from the pen drive/SD card etc. and then downloaded / saved to the hosts machine. This downloaded / saved file when shared during live stream causes video lag. To test this further, I created and copied the actual file on my laptop and tried to share on zoom. -- No issues. Now I uploaded the file on Drive and used my other email ID to download from the drive, (Verified the file size,FPS rate etc. were not altered) and used this downloaded file on Zoom share. The participants now see the lag in the video. No issue with the audio though. And the host sharing the file also sees perfect video at his end. Any suggestions or inputs how this can be avoided or pointers on what could be causing the issue?

Hi! I can't use virtual background without green screen. I have MacOS 10.14.6. I have turned ON all related settimgs, still not working. What shall I do?
For my one-to-one classes, student and I write exercices and vocab on the Zoom 'discussion tab' which I print or register at the end of the class. Once, i quit then Zoom, all student and I were writing up during the class is lost. With my professional Zoom licence, I am unable to access to our past meeting write ups which is a professionnel disadvantage for me. Is there any possibility to get access to them ?

always pop up when click a meeting link on mobile to join Zoom, a browser launch and show this no need to do this before. tried tested others users, they did not pop up the browser launch below, please advise how to avoid this also we are under same account setting policy, strange as per user reported all below version are impacted : IOS Version: 15.1 Outlook Version: 4.2148.2 Zoom for Intune: 5.8.6 is this feature related with version or is there any release note included for above to mention this, no find content from release note
