I have an issue when I open the zoom application, the error display is 104103 and offline. test to create meeting or join meeting it show reconnecting.
I have updated to version 5.10, uninstall and installed apps, disabled antivirus, checking firewall and proxy to automatically still can't. Internet connection there is no issue, access to IX and IIX no problem. any suggestions regarding about this?
I'm using windows 10 pro version 21H2.
some issues like this are solved by reinstalling Windows. Has anyone solved it without needing to reinstall windows?

Currently trying to record board meetings.  We have the meetings setup a certain way so that specific people are spotlit all the time.  Though the recordings don't reflect what we are seeing during the meeting.  From where certain people are pinned to not seeing the rest of the gallery.  Also when allowed to multipin, some participants were not able to use the function at all.  Does anyone know why or is it due to the people they want to pin being spotlighted?  

Looked at some of the articles out there though they seem to give a sense that you could possibly record a custom layout but yet I've not seen it yet.......

I've been using Topaz Video Enhance AI to improve my recorded Zoom sessions with pretty good results, but Topaz has a number of different models to use - the I liked the best so far is called "Artemis Strong Dehalo" but I was wondering if anyone else has used Topaz and can recommend other settings?
I've use it to upscale from 360p and even to just clean up 1080p.

I need to share a video that has audio, during my recorded meeting. To do so, I share the video and select the "Share Sound" checkbox, and because the video has audio and I'm in a noisy environment, I mute myself.

However, I noticed that if I do that, the Recording Alert window pops up, warning me that unless I unmute myself, no audio will be recorded.

There is audio in the video, so I'm not sure why the recording isn't picking it up.

Buenas noches, estamos organizando una reunión donde requerimos utilizar la función de destacar participantes pero no nos aparece. Es una cuenta pro. Ya hemos revisado todas las configuraciones y no encontramos que puede estar sucediendo. Ayuda Urgente!! reiteramos, estamos usando una cuenta paga. 

Other people's sound cuts out entirely when I type. It might take a few minutes to cut out. My mic still works. I get it back by wiggling the volume bar on my computer's sound control. But it will probably go out a couple of minutes later. Breaks up the conversation. 

I'm hoping someone has the solution to this

I'm trying to share my ipad ( screen mirror) from my pc during a zoom call

I have installed all the latest updates

I have restarted both computers

Both devices are on the same wifi network

I select share screen.

I select ipad

on my ipad I select  screen mirroring

the appropriate zoom meeting link shows

I tap it, and get the error message "unable to connect to Zoom - "

I have had my IT department look over my settings.

I have a colleauge using the same devices ( surface pro and ipad) on the same wifi network  and she is able to screen mirror successfully

I have  spent hours watching you tube clips and reading possible solutions and nothing to date has worked.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received
