Hi all!

I have been using a MacBook Air ( Big Sur 11.6)  for zoom meetings but when I try to attend a meeting using earphones. I hear a scrambled noise which disrupts my entire hearing process and I am forced to attend meetings on speaker. I tried using wired audio devices   to wireless earphones to apple's own AirPods 2, but to no avail. The result in all cases is the same.

I tried getting in touch with their support but it didn't address my issue. So I have turned to this community for help. Suggest me any tips to make it work. 

hello I had a very important court zoom call scheduled for 10:30am on I entered the call at 10:00am to a dark screen saying "waiting for call to begin" I waited on that dark screen from 10am to about 10:45am when the screen jumped into the court room and my case had already been called can I have some sort of poof to present to the court that I was present ?

How to export participants data (name; phone number; e-mail; ...) after a hosting a zoom meeting. 

When I tried, I only got their name and e-mail while they provide their phone number when they registred for the meeting.

I want to have a Zoom with both English speakers and Spanish speakers in attendance. I'd like to display Spanish subtitles when English is being spoken. I have a translator who can do the translation. Is displaying this possible? as captioning, or only in the chat window?

I am setting up a High School Zoom Reunion. I am trying to make the registration process as easy as possible for my 75 year old classmates. I have a wordpress website for the class and have SQL access to the wp_users table. I'd ideally like to have my classmates fill out a WordPress Form and I'll take the contents of the database table to generate an import file for Zoom to perform a bulk registration.  I have been unable to find a way to do this. Any ideas?

We had a meeting this morning and invited a person as interpreter (see attachment).

But despite the correct invitation she was only able to participate to the meeting as a "normal participant".

She tried to log out and in again but nothing changed. We did not know why she was not in the meeting as intepreter or what to do to change the situation.

What should have I or she have done to make it work?

Is there any additional action that has to be performed and if yes, is it the host of the meeting or the interpreter self that has to do something?

I much appreciate if someone can help me with this!

I was in a zoom meeting using interpretation and the "mute original audio" feature. At one point, I could tell that someone had said something because others were responding to them, but I could not hear them. I have encountered this before when using "mute original audio" if the person talking has not selected a language channel and was able to solve them problem by asking everyone to always select a channel. However, in this case, the person I could not hear was apparently in the same language channel as I was, but I still could not hear. Others who were not using the "mute original audio" feature could hear the speaker just fine. Is there a solution to this issue, or does it just mean that we should never use the "mute original audio" option since it causes these problems?

Hello, I'm having trouble trying to set my presentation as a virtual background on zoom, I use Microsoft office but it says it requires PowerPoint to be installed on this computer. I'm not sure how that works because I'm unable to download PowerPoint as a separate application due to Microsoft office being an all-inclusive platform with all of its apps. I've tried downloading the presentations to my hard drive as a pptx and an odp file but that didn't change anything. I'd love to be able to use this feature to present information in a neat uncluttered format that doesn't require me to be a box in a corner.
