Other people's sound cuts out entirely when I type. It might take a few minutes to cut out. My mic still works. I get it back by wiggling the volume bar on my computer's sound control. But it will probably go out a couple of minutes later. Breaks up ... Show more

HELP - unable to screen mirror my ipad from my pc during zoom

I'm hoping someone has the solution to this

I'm trying to share my ipad ( screen mirror) from my pc during a zoom call

I have installed all the latest updates

I have restarted both computers

Both devices are on the same wifi network

I select share screen.

I select ipad

on my ipad I select  screen mirroring

the appropriate zoom meeting link shows

I tap it, and get the error message "unable to connect to Zoom - "

I have had my IT department look over my settings.

I have a colleauge using the same devices ( surface pro and ipad) on the same wifi network  and she is able to screen mirror successfully

I have  spent hours watching you tube clips and reading possible solutions and nothing to date has worked.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received

Resolved! Zoom not using webcam, but other apps do (RDP)

The video preview in the Zoom desktop app just shows a grey box. My webcam is the selected webcam. It is the only webcam on the list. Other apps (like webcamtests.com and splitcam) show video from my webcam. Zoom DOES pass through audio. Since other ... Show more

The video preview in the Zoom desktop app just shows a grey box.  My webcam is the selected webcam. It is the only webcam on the list. Other apps (like webcamtests.com and splitcam) show video from my webcam.  Zoom DOES pass through audio. Since other apps show video and Zoom does audio, I've obviously configured the RDP connection to pass through video and audio. Why would Zoom fail to do video when other apps can?

Can you check to see if a Zoom meeting ID is valid?

I created a zoom meeting in my outlook and am concerned whether the meeting is valid since I'm not seeing it appear in my scheduled zoom meetings through the Zoom App.   Any advice?

Connection to Meeting

When I connect to a meeting thru my HP computer I get disconnected from the meeting in less than 30 seconds.  Then the system re connects me and in 30 seconds or less I get disconnected again.

 

Help.. How do I solve this problem? It is very annoying.

Video recording after expiry

Hello Zoom community,

I'd like to ask if there is any way to get a record of an appointment that has already expired? The meeting was held in the month of November 2021.  Thank you for your support.

I hope you can help with an issue I'm experiencing with registering Zoom participants. My organization is requiring reports to be generated for all participants for every Zoom meeting. I understand that in order for reports to be generated, registration must first be required for each participant. 

 

However, I see that registration is not something I can automatically apply to each meeting, but I instead have to choose for each meeting. Is there a way to automatically apply it so I don't have to remember for each meeting?

Additionally, I see that I can only require registration on the web portal for Zoom, and not on my Zoom application. This also creates further difficulty for meeting hosts who will have to login online to schedule every meeting, instead of being able to do so on their desktop app.
