Resolved! Disable the zoom widget
Is it possible to disable the zoom widget? We have some users with laptops that the widget takes up space on the desktop. We started updating to the new Zoom client 5.10.3.

Resolved! signing in from a different computer
I signed in from a different computer yesterday to start a meeting and zoom sent me an email with a time limited password (saying they did not recognize the computer). Once I sign in to this different computer with the PW, will they ask me again? I do not have 2FA enabled and I don't think I want to. Thanks.

Allow changing screen name before joining a meeting
I use Zoom for some group discussions, and we are supposed to change our names to initials for those chats due to confidentiality. I know I can change it in the preferences permanently, but then I have to remember to go into settings and change before joining the meeting, and then after the meeting go back to settings and change it back to my full name for work meetings. That's a lot of steps. It would be great if while waiting to join the meeting, there was a button that would let me change my screen name just for that 1 meeting, and then once that meeting ended, it continued to use my screen name in settings, like a 1 meeting override.

Resolved! Configuring account users on invitation screen for Zoom meeting
Hello! As a user, i'd like to be able to configure the order of account users for ad hoc zoom meeting invites (see attached screen) so that my most commonly called colleagues display first. I've tried 'starring' contacts but that makes no difference in this application view. Is there a way to order this user list at either individual or account level? Google is giving me zilch on this! Thanks in advance, Adam

how to remove a mtng on g-calendar
Really frustrated! I've read through the Zoom information and still can't remove a mtng that's been on my google calendar for 2 yrs. Anyone know?
Share screen from another device
When I am in a call on iOS, I often want to share my screen on macOS. I don't want to join the call on macOS as a separate entity because this requires me to type in my Meeting ID and Passcode for the meeting, and answer several prompts about audio. I just want to share my screen without interrupting meeting in progress on iOS. Ideally with 1 simple click from the Zoom application on macOS. This should be possible as both machines are logged into Zoom. Microsoft Teams has this functionality pretty good and I think Zoom could adopt it and improve on it.

What is this floating window on my screen and how do I get rid of it?
A floating little window showed up today on my Windows computer and the only way I can turn it off is to kill zoom in my task manager. What is it and how do I get rid of it?
