I was in a family meeting recently and someone discovered the filters for altering facial features. Two of use didn’t have that feature. I tried in my iPhone and my iPad, but neither has those filters available. Is there something special you have to do to make those show up? I hope someone knows. Zoom support is very poor on this subject, they just assume everyone has it.

I am trying to upgrade to the Pro plan but once I land in the billing information page, select the "I have read and agree to the Zoom Terms of Service and Privacy Statement." check box and then click on the continue button nothing happens.

I do not get any error/warning not is there any action on the page. 

Unable to understand what is going wrong and need this to be rectified asap as I need to start my conferences today. Appreciate any quick inputs/help.

Tengo este problema con windows 7, no me reconoce el microfono estuve revisando que en windows 10, uno permite que las aplicaciones accedan al microfono. pero en windows 7 no lo puedo hacer, los drivers del microfono estan bien  ya lo revise, pero en zoom no puedo.

A message from Zoom told me I need to increase my storage capacity for recordings. I do not know how to do this but when I try to phone Zoom for help, its bot says it has no record of my account (although I do have one). A Zoom meeting on Sunday night should have been recorded but I see no sign that it was. (It's not in my list of recordings.) An advisory email from Zoom simply told me to read everything it has ever published. I don't find that helpful. Can someone give some tailored advice, please.

If an employer assigns their employee as a special privilege user to book meetings on their behalf, is there a way the employee can change their email settings to not get notified every time? ie. turn off notifications for anytime the employee books a meeting, meeting is confirmed, meeting is moved, meeting is accepted etc. 

Can we distinguish different services by flow characteristics? For example, voice, video, shared screen.

On the middle routing node, is there any way to distinguish audio, video and screen shared streaming in zoom?like Tos or anther application features?
