HI, I have my own free basic account but when I look under Account Management I can see that I am part of my work's Pro account. However when I schedule a meeting it only comes up with my basic account ie 40mins. How do I schedule a meeting using the Pro account other than logging in as my boss who is the Admin for it?

Hello! I'm a lecturer. I usually share my screen and write/draw the equation and figure by using the Wacom tablet. This works well if there is only me in the zoom meeting. However, if students (13 people) join the meeting, the tablet starts to become extremely slow and it's almost impossible to write anything (If I write the letter ridiculously slowly, then maybe it works). Since Wacom tablet works well if I am alone in the zoom meeting, I don't think this is the problem with the tablet. I used LAN cable (not wifi), thus my internet speed is fast enough. I ask all students to turn off their video. I use the Wacom tablet (WACOM INTUOS CTL-4100). I really want to solve this problem. Any comments or suggestions would be welcome. I appreciate your help in advance.

I have a recurring meeting that I had previously wanted to require registration for, but now I no longer want to require this. I changed the setting on the recurring meeting so that the meeting no longer requires registration, but I didn't realize that this apparently deletes all data on those who had previously registered when I had that setting enabled. Does anyone know of any way to recover this data?

how to record face of speaker and powerpoint simulaneously
Hi! I set up my first interpreter event weeks ago...... It's a Virtual Wedding with half the guests speaking Spanish! The interpreter and I had a meeting to test everything. I thought we were set since I was able to get him set up to interpret simultaneously while I speak. (Very amazing feature!) Today I go to test the wedding day link (it is now 3 days away) with my daughter. Neither of us had the 'world' icon button. I double checked settings and updated my zoom account since it called for an update. Then I gave it another try with my husband tonight, and I have the 'world' icon button but he doesn't. I have been going over settings and reading and listening to videos but have not found a solution. I even set up another Wedding Link just in case the first one was buggy or something. We both accessed the new link and it was still the same situation. I have a 'world' icon button and he doesn't have a button. Does anyone have a clue what might be going on???? I am in a bit of a panic to think none of the wedding guests will be able to access the interpretation.

I initiate a Zoom conference call (audio only - not app) Tuesdays through Fridays from 5am-5:30am. Sometimes, there are no participants on the call. When there are no participants, the call will terminate nine minutes after starting. I then start the call again and again in nine minutes, the call terminates. This only happens when there is silence. No other calls I make terminate. This happens sporadically but often enough to be irritating. I opened a ticket with Zoom in April (when this started) and they have stated the problem was not on their end after researching it for two and a half months . I also have a ticket and community post open with Verizon and Apple. Thought I would check here to see if anyone else experienced this or if there is some setting that I am missing.
My thought is that the phone, carrier or Zoom have a timeout set somewhere if there is no one speaking.
Any ideas will be very appreciated.

I'm having a problem where I keep "accepting" recurring meetings over and over again without actually pressing "accept." I look in my sent mail folder and I find "you have accepted xyz meeting" nearly every day, even though I haven't received any meeting invites. These random acceptances have gone out hundreds of times. What can I do to stop it?

I have been a ZOOM user for a long time. Yesterday I was participating in a meeting and I was logged out for no apparent reason. Now every time I try to access it is impossible, I have installed the program four times on my MAC MINI computer and there are no results. The zoom support is not responding and I don't know what to do or how to fix it. I tried to use my boss user. But still no results. So how can I make it work?
