Hello,

I am using a decent config laptop for zoom meetings - only thing my laptop is missing is a dedicated graphics card.

Below is the specs.

  • Win 10 Home - 64 Bit
  • 32 GB RAM
  • 1 TB SSD
  • Intel i7-1195G7 processor

latest zoom client on the laptop.

The issue is - during screen share - the application (zoom) freezes and crashes. I have followed following doc and made the change - it had improved the experience but still once in a while things gets really slow.

Anyone else facing similar issue? Any tips/advice?

Hi!!

Overnight, my Zoom meetings has failed to detect my speakers. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

I have tested my speakers on other platforms (microsoft teams etc) as well as regular speaker test and they work fine, so its only a problem in Zoom.

Any ideas how I can fix this?

Many Thanks

Hello everyone,

I am participating in zoom meetings that often have breakout rooms. My chromebook is slow but sometimes my kindle fire is, too. I was wondering how I can zoom in with only one "name" in the group but have both devices. One will be used for video and the other for audio (which makes Zoom run better on my devices). I have done this before but the last two times it has created two of "me's." This can end up with "me" being placed in two different breakout rooms. Any thoughts?

Hey Team,

SO i finally downloaded zoom to do some screen sharing - it was working ok when I started zoom - but it muted my pc audio, but was working on the stream with default settings.

I changed a setting on my PC to try have audio on the PC as well as in the screenshare, and then it stopped sharing sound in the screenshare, but brought my audio back to the PC.

I cannot figure out how to get the sound to share back to zoom at all. I tried to reset my pc, and nothing so the setting I changed is causing me confusion. Total Zoom noob here.

Hello!

I'm having an issue where the sound suddenly stops working during a Video meeting (Zoom), and the error message pops up.

When I close the window of the error message - the audio starts again.

It normally would not be an issue but I do a lot of recording via Zoom and it's becoming disruptive.

Here is the appears in the Problem Details of my laptop:

All the drivers are updated.
And Zoom has been reinstalled to see if that corrects the issue.
It has not.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?
