Starting Meetings

As administrator its part of my job to set up meetings, but I don't often go to them. I set them up outside of my office hours (I work at a church where the meetings are for volunteers who all have day jobs)

How can I set them up so someone other than me can start them? We have a pro account - but the next option up is very expensive for a church that has 3 employees and 8 volunteers...

Hi @cotm 👋 You could possibly get them set up as alternative hosts, which would give them the ability to start meetings without you being present. For more information on alternative hosts, please check out this resource.
