Hey folks, I have a free account, version 6.2.7 (free account), and I recently tried to record and save an important meeting that was hosted in someone else's meeting room. I was not signed into my Onedrive account on my computer, and I didn't realize that the default location for saving that recording would have been in that onedrive account.

Both of us cannot find the recording, it seems like it realized it couldn't upload it, and then it just decided to not record it. I see where the folder says it was modified, but there's no file in there, even after signing in. Any thoughts?

I cannot see any upcoming meetings in the Calendar as I open it with Zoom Workplace app, on a MAC. 

I have only the default calendar based on my zoom email.

This has been happening for months now and still is. 

Recently I have changed the name and my zoom email. 

While before I did not have any errors, I could add meetings... but were not displayed. Now I have errors when adding a meeting. 

First I had the error 100000404. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Now I have the 404 error when adding a meeting, from the Plus blue sign in the calendar itself -» Zoom workplace app.

I tried adding a meeting directly on the website, from the calendar. It does not give an error but it does not say anything, the window does not close. The meeting does not get added in the Calendar view, but I can find it in the Meetings tab. 

The dates in the calendar do not show a dot -» like they used to when there were events on that date. Nor on the website nor in the app.

I can start meetings from the Meetings page on the website, but not in the app. The Calendar shows nothing.

I am writing to clarify an issue I encountered while working with the Zoom Meeting SDK for Web.

According to your official documentation (https://developers.zoom.us/docs/meeting-sdk/web/component-view/supported/), the Client View mode supports local recording. However, after cloning and running the meetingsdk-react-sample project from GitHub (https://github.com/zoom/meetingsdk-react-sample), I noticed that when I start a meeting as the host (via App.tsx) in the Chrome browser, the local recording button does not appear. (The local record button is visible in the image shared under the client view title on github.)

Could you please provide clarification on the following:

• Is local recording truly supported in Client View for Meeting SDK when using the sample app?
• Are there any additional requirements, browser limitations, or account settings that might prevent the local recording button from showing?
• Do I need to enable any permissions or configuration specifically within the SDK or the Zoom account settings?
• I am currently using the Free plan – is a paid plan required in order to access local recording functionality?
• I would appreciate your guidance on how to get the local recording option working as expected.

Yesterday I tried to make a virtual Zumba class with my new Chromebook. Few weeks ago I installed the Zoom App, connected everythig...

As I tried to only share the music without Screen yesterday it was not working, because I don't see the option for advanced options where the "normal" button only Audio can be found.

Can someone help me to find the right way to share the audio without screen?

Zoom recently changed how the automatic thumbnails show up when you trim a video recording. 

The instructions say to click the pen icon next to the video thumbnail and a metadata panel should open on the right side of the screen with an option to edit thumbnails.

But when I click the pen icon no metadata panel shows up on the right side of the screen and no option for thumbnails. 

I tried this on Safari, Firefox and Chrome and it does not work on any browser. 

How can I edit the thumbmail for my video recording after I trim the recording??

J'ai des soucis depuis l'installation de la dernière mise à jour de zoom sur ma tablette. Mon son est de mauvaise qualité ce qui m'oblige à éteindre ma vidéo. J'ai pensé que ma tablette manquait d'espace, je l'ai vidée et réinitialisée mais le problème persiste. J'ai réinstallé zoom plusieurs fois et ça n'a pas amélioré la situation. Je voudrais réinstaller la version précédente mais je n'y arrive pas.

Bought a pro license an hour ago, can't call or chat with zoom live support unless I shell out more dollars. oom was great last year but has become greedy and added more complex features that all cost money.

Downloaded the app "Livestream" and now I get error "You can not stream to this platform" and all 4 platforms are greyed out. I am owner of the account and have full privileges. Someone please help me livestream to my facebook group that I am admin of. 

Hi, I have a basic plan and trying to transcript the reunion. The recording is apparently working, plus when leaving the reunion I do have a conversion window of my recording. Then when I look for the past reunion, there is none, no recording and no transcription .Would be grateful for support. cheers
