I cannot for the life of me figure out how to remove the "exit fullscreen" icon from the upper right hand corner on a second monitor. We have an upcoming interview we are filming and would love to be able to remove that little icon.
Any help?
So we have 2 video cards and the second card displays content on a secondary screens using an HDMI replicator. We also want these secondary screens to show the speaker view - on demand. So we run Zoom in dual screen mode, move the Zoom speaker view onto the second monitor and then minimise it. We can then maximise it on demand via the taskbar and it displays just fine. Looking to see how we prevent this maximising of the Zoom window when someone is joining either the waiting room or the meeting room please. We need to have full controlóver this second window. Thanks in advance.
However this window auto maximizes when someone joins the waiting room, and when someone is let in from the waiting room, and this is auto displayed on the internal monitors, which is not at all helpful.

In other words, I am NOT interested in using Zoom on both monitors. So this support page doesn't answer my question at all. Before today, I could participate in a Zoom session on one monitor while looking at my PDF notes on the other monitor. Today that became impossible. Zoom took over both monitors. If I switched to the PDF reader on one monitor, the Zoom session disappeared in the other. This is new behavior. I have upgraded, but only after today's session. I don't think my OS changed. I'm on MacOS 12.2 Monterrey.

I have the free version. My meeting lasted more than 40 minutes. I thought that since May 2 it was limited to 40 minutes. Is it limited or not to 40 minutes (1:1 free version)?

Until a recent update (5.9.1) meeting audio would automatically switch to my Airpods if they were connected to my Macbook Pro (Big Sur 11.6.2). Now, when I join a meeting audio will still be set to my laptop or external monitor speakers.
Is there a way to specify headphones as the preferred audio output? I'd much prefer if my meeting audio did not play out loud if I have headphones connected.

I have three users actively experiencing an issue with meeting reminders in their Zoom settings.
Quote from one user: My zoom notifications are beeping incessantly for over a minute to notify me of a meeting. I cannot click out of it and just have to wait for it to be over.
Quote from another user: I have a video if needed (showing me trying to click every button to make it stop). I restarted my computer twice as well
For now, they've turned off the setting to enable upcoming meeting reminders but that's not an actual solution. I searched this forum but couldn't find anyone else logging this issue.
Our Zoom desktop app is third party patched and ALWAYS up to date within a few days of release, and I've confirmed the users are indeed updated. All Windows 10 users, if that matters.
Can anyone help? Or should I submit a support ticket?

Until today, I could host a meeting with one other person for an hour. After updating the software a few days ago, it only lasts 40 minutes. Has this now changed?
I have created a series of 5 calls, with an alternative host. The event was added to Outlook calendar, with a join link. However, when alternative host tries to join the event, they get a message: "If you are a host, please sign in to start the webinar". What is the solution? It is the first time that I see that alternative hosts can't join a call through a link, and asked to sign in. Could you please share more information about it? Do alternative hosts need to be signed in their Zoom accounts and use the meeting ID to start the webinar? Thank you very much.

I tried to add a co-host to a meeting but even with his e-mail that is associeted with his zoom account .
It seems that Zoom couldn't found him.
