There were a number of registered participants for last night's meeting that could not access the meeting. Following is the notification they received; what would cause this?

I am facing some issues with Zoom while hosting a webinar. It automatically kicks out one host when the other host tries to join.. I faced this in a live webinar and I didn’t know the reason. can anyone help?
I am having problems with my zoom meeting.The problem is that I cannot hear other participants during a zoom meeting . There is not any problem in my device because I can hear the sounds of other apps and videos . The problem is just in the zoom . Others are hearing but I can not , I have tried every possible solution but nothing is working . Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible . Thank you.

Liebe Community, ich benötige Eure Hilfe. Seit heute sind seltsamerweise meine Cloudaufzeichnungen weg, die ich gespeichert hatte. Unter dem Menüpunkt "Aufzeichnungen" ist nichts mehr zu finden. Der Speicher war nicht überschritten und die letzte Aufzeichnung erst 4 Tage her. Um das zu testen, wollte ich eine neue Aufzeichnung machen, doch wenn ich auf Aufnahme drücke, kann ich nur noch lokal speichern. Die Auswahl "auf Cloud aufzeichnen" ist nicht mehr möglich. Woran kann das liegen ? Hatte jemand schon mal ein ähnliches Problem ? Leider konnte ich im Internet über dieses Problem nichts finden. Über Hilfe würde ich mich freuen. As of today, strangely enough, my cloud records that I had saved are gone. There is nothing left under the menu item "Recordings". The memory was not exceeded and the last recording was only 4 days ago.
