hi, I have many recurring meetings that I am not hosting. At the moment I am typing in the ID and password every day..... tell me there is a way of saving it that I have missed?
The recording/ zoom meeting was just less than 24 hours ago. I saw it converting but left the computer open and when I checked today, it was not saved on my local file. Went to my recording tab and recorded meetings, it says "FILE DOES NOT EXIST" Options are: Open, Convert and Delete, when you choose open and convert, it says the same thing. It also shows on Meeting Details that it was recorded. Help Please!

Hi, I am a coach (yoga, meditaiton, workouts) and I use Zoom to coach my sessions. I currently share my audio via the Advanced Sharing Options. I have an external mic connected to the laptop (wireless rode) but then use my blutooth headphones to hear my computer audio. I play music through my laptop. For me it comes thorugh VERY loudly in the headphones but for the others it can come through very quietly. Sometimes it is loud for my participants/recording and others it is very quiet. I think the only difference is when I share my audio BEFORE a participant joins. When I do this it seems to come through very quietly on the recording but is loud in my headphones. When I share my audio AFTER a participant has joined, then the recording audio and my headphone audio seems better matched. Has anyone else experienced this and if so can they please share suggestions/thoughts on how to make sure my audio comes through for participants/on the recording more consistently but I also don't deafen myself. Thanks, Sinead

Hello,
does anybody know if it is possible to find out how many participants used the simultaneous translation offer in a meeting? I can't find this information in the participants list. Can I find it anywhere else?
Many thanks,
Michelle
Hi, Zoom team. After you enhanced time restriction for 1:1 free meetings to 40 minutes I decided to switch to MS Teams. Therefore good bye to you. But anyhow I appreciated using your application so I want to give your a small hint for improvement ... ... when meeting is disconnected due to time limit expired, it would be very suitable to give a sound notification about it to host. It happened me every time I didn't recognised screen notification & I continued my lecture while my participant was disconnected. Stupid situation ...

since 2 week while using zoom meeting to record my on line courses I meet several problems : 1/ my micro makes strange noises 2/ my connection is instable, and spot while recording. si I am confused because before that it was ok but since the two last weeks (approximatively) my reseau swich off as soon as I start using zoom. I check the volume of data that I can use per month and and don’t use a lot of date so I don’t think it is the problem. dors any of you had the same issue?? thank for tour helps

I am the scheduler for weekly meetings of our group. I schedule the session, (I have a paid account) and send out notices. Sometimes I can't be present however I alway schedule the session. When I can't be there when members try to connect they get the message "waiting for host to start the meeting". When I schedule the meeting I always don't require waiting room. I need to know how to schedule a meeting and still have the meeting happen in case I can't be present.
