I hosted a meeting in 2020 for my wedding on Zoom as not everyone could attend and I recorded it. I never downloaded it at the time because I figured it would always be accessible via the Zoom Cloud (or whatever it is called). However, I have logged on today to watch it, and cannot find it under my recordings. When I click on the link that was emailed to me at the time, it says I 'haven't enabled the cloud recorder' OR 'Cloud recording plan expired'. Is my wedding recording now lost forever? Can I do anything to get it back? 

Hi! I am running an online 1:1 personal training platform, where our trainers train clients over Zoom, using a Zoom link generated though our booking system Calendly. 

Lately, we have been notified that our trainers keep showing up 10 minutes late to the PT sessions with our clients in Zoom. Would it be possible to get data on when the trainers (meeting host) show up to a Zoom meeting? Thanks

Hello, I am having problems with zoom in windows 11.

When opening the zoom client it takes a few minutes to enter the video call or the program freezes and closes. I have the latest zoom client update and updated my operating system to the latest version, thanks for your help.

I try to record a meeting in hd 720 format, but the recording comes out in a smaller format. I do not understand why. I've already enabled HD recording for groups, in the meetings tab (and I've even closed the lock). I've already enabled my camera to HD. Does anyone know what I should do? The worst thing is that I don't find, in this support, any person from that company to turn to. Pure kafka.

I have the same student taking class on saturday from 10-11 am and Thursday from 5-6 pm. The class repeats on a weekly basis. However, I have to create a seperate meeting for each day since they are at different times.

Is there a way I can have the same class link for the student? Right now, I had to create two seperate classes.

Hello I just loaded Zoom as a free user account. I cannot figure anything out on my own I need some help please. 

First what I would like to do is, make some video phone calls. I would like to call a person and interview them for 15-30 minutes and record the interview to later place on my facebook page.  I have a landline telephone and can use a desktop computer, or do I have to use  a smart phone and the zoom app? 

Is this possible using zoom? Thank you
