Display ALL values for "Login Type" in Administrative User export

In our corporate Zoom admin portal (https://<company_name>.zoom.us/account/user#/), when we click on "Export"->"All users in the table", the resulting report has a column for "Login Type" which seems to only allow ONE value (either "Single Sign-On"  or "Work Email"). 

 

In our organization, the majority of our users are SSO only authenticated.  However, we have a handful of users who have BOTH Single Sign-ON *and* Work Email assigned to their account - we call them "dual-auth" but we cannot accurately report on those accounts since the field of "Login Type" only seems to export one value (not both).   

 

The report does not seem deterministic about which one will show up in that "Login Type" which means that some of those dual-auth accounts show up as "Work Email" and others show up as "Single Sign-On" so it is very difficult to accurately identify those unique dual-authentication scheme accounts.   

 

Anyone encountered this before and found a way around it? 

Or is there a feature request out to Zoom for this already?

No audio on recorded Zoom Meetings

I have a user that has recorded Zoom meetings locally and the audio on these videos is not there. Is there a way to retrieve the audio from these meetings or are they lost?

Shortcuts

I would like to know if there is a shortcut (currently or in the planning) for admitting someone (or a group) into a Zoom meeting. As of this moment the only method for doing so that I see is with a mouse click.  Any thoughts?

Recording Conversion

When I try to convert a recording, I get an alert that another is in progress. I got the same alert for the other recording which I deleted.  I still get the same alert about another conversion in progress. thoughts?

Sharing Image

Noticed problem as host when sharing a image that image blacks out when I go to maximize image on computers of those whom I am sharing imgae with.

Show the link for Zoom International Dial-in on Zoom Invitation

Hello,

 

Does anyone know why "Zoom Internal Dial-in" is not shown on Zoom Invitation?  I have attached the screenshot.  Does it have to do with Zoom license?  I'm using Zoom Pro. Thanks.

When I am hosting a class and share my screen I like to put the participants in the grid gallery view (not strip view) but recently when I use the grid view I can only see 2 participants at a time. I can scroll through and see the others (usually more than the minimum required for 6) but I used to be able to see 6 at a time in little boxes.  I don't why this has changed and what I can do to correct it.  Please help.

Hello there,

 

This keeps happening to me. I start a scheduled meeting from either Zoom.us or my Zoom client, but no one joins it. Then I get an email from Zoom saying that people have joined my meeting. Since they are not in my current meeting, I have to end the meeting and start it all over again using the link the Zoom email.

 

I checked the meeting id -- they are the same (in the email and in my Zoom account). I also have disabled "participants can join before host." I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but I find this so nerve-wracking when I'm supposed to be hosting.
