When hosting weekly meeting on the same Zoom account, I have to look up all the phone numbers and rename them to who the number belongs to. Is there a way to program Zoom so that every time the same person calls in to the meeting that it displays their name (instead of phone number) in participants list? Thanks!

Hi all. We have monthly meetings set up as recurring. I cannot figure out how to "uncheck" the box that says close registration after meeting date. In this case, it closed after the first meeting and we still have 10 to go. People are trying to register and are getting a message saying registration closed. Any help?!

Ever since I updated to Version: 5.9.1 (3506) the resolution in the "floating speaker view thumbnail' has become terrible! Has anyone else noticed this? As a music instructor I share PDF files of music and then observe students fingering and technique in the floating speaker view thumbnail as they read the shared PDF of music. That has become impossible because with the new update the resolution in the floating speaker view is SO pixelated (especially when I resize it larger - and just in the floating speaker view, everything else is fine) I can no longer see my students fingers! Anyone else have this issue? I have 25 students using Zoom at the moment, but if this isn't resolved soon I will have to transition everyone to another platform!

I have a friend that saves meeting CC to take minutes. But when he goes to the save file on his computer it is CC from a previous meeting! This has happened multiple times. Other participants have the correct CC which they can send to him to do minutes. How might this be possible? I have tried to duplicate it on my Zoom with no success.

I recently added a docking stations and some external monitors. When I host/participate in a Zoom meeting, I can hear people but they cannot hear me. When I unplug my laptop from the docking station the sound works just fine either way. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Bonjour, J'ai bien désactivé ma salle d'attente et ça fonctionne pour tous le monde SAUf mes participants au téléphone. Est-ce que la salle d'attente est là par défaut pour les gens au téléphone, ou bien s'il y a un endroit dans le menu pour empêcher cela ? Merci

The last two times when I recorded a Zoom session, it recorded the shared presentation but it only recorded the audio (not video) of myself and my co-teacher. What are we doing wrong?
