Hi dear Zoom community, Zoom says my device doesn't support virtual background. I'm not sure.. I have a 2021 Samsung notebook with the following fairly strong processor: Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-L16G7 CPU @ 1.40GHz, 1382 Mhz, 5 Core(s), 5 Logical Processor(s) Unfortunately, there is no way to verify if my processor meets Zoom's standards, as "L16G7" with L1 supposedly being the generation and 6G7 being the model, is not to be found in Zoom's list, wich only works with numbers. I need to use my company's background image for formal meetings, but I don't have a green screen when travelling ! What can I do, unless have my company switch to Google Meet, where the background image works perfectly as a virtual background with me in the front? Thanks a lot !

When I am scheduling zoom meetings, I try to have unique passwords for each scheduled meetings but it changes my password to the most recent one, how can i stop that
I'm a licensed user of Zoom, but everytime I need to share my screen, I face 3 problems: 01) It takes too long to share 02) the computer starts running very slow 03) Dead pixel When others share the screen with me, they don't have any problem, even if I opened the room. I think it could be something with my Windows or Nvidia settings, but don't have these problems using Teams or Google meet.

Hi, I am a MacBook Pro (Early 2015) user and use Powerbeats during Zoom meetings. The audio quality coming into my earbud has no issues, but my clients are keep complaining that my voice is very spotty, unable to understand when I am talking. So far, I had no issues with my Powerbeats mic when I use it on other chatting applications. Even when I use Zoom meeting just to record a video clip, it has no mic problem at all. When I check the recorded files, I hear my voice seamlessly: spotty mic issue only happens in real-time conversation during live Zoom call. How should I fix this problem?

Hello! We are using zoom conferences for webrtc connections in our product. We're not using the api due to app constraints, so we are using virtual devices to send and receive audio from zoom. We have multiple people in the call and receive the audio as a single combined audio stream from all of them and record it. We have ran into an issue where the audio is fine in the live conference itself, but there is an issue with the recording that one of the participants has quiet or echoey audio. Is there anything that can be done about this issue? Maybe there's an encoding mismatch between the particular user and the receiving end?

I am an admin of account, and am trying to download a recording. It keeps failing. What is the problem? How do I fix it?
I have recently experienced a problem with my recorded videos in Zoom. During the live Zoom discussion, the audio is fine. However, when I go back to listen to my recorded video of this Zoom session, about five minutes into it I start to hear static or distortion sounds. It just started happening recently and it messes up my video. Does anyone know what's causing this and how I can stop it? Devin

QUESTION: Is there any way in the current Zoom system to add (overlay) one or more partial screen images to an existing background -- without having to make an entirely new background image each time I want to do so? EXPLANATION: The current "advanced " PowerPoint presenter screen-share mode (BETA) is too clunky for me: (a) the system forces me to follow an unanimated pre-uploaded PP slide deck (hard to make real-time changes to what I want to present); (b) the presenter's "foreground" image is low quality and visually amateurish-looking; and (c) I lose my existing background. My current work around: 1. Use webcam settings to move my own foreground image to one side of the screen over my original background; 2, Create a library of screen shots of my key slides and any other images I [may] want to add (overlay on)to my own background (I size them so they can be placed to one side of the existing background). 3. Either before a meeting (or even on the fly during a meeting) I create a new entire background image (using MS Publisher) by adding to my original background image whatever image (one or more) I want to display. 4. I save the whole new background image and upload it to my backgrounds library in Zoom That's a primitive approach requiring many many backgrounds and lots of repetitive time and effort. I would much rather be able to overlay a partial image on top of an existing background (real or virtual) and remove/replace/move/add another image to the background when I want to move on. 'Can I do this in Zoom? If not, the solution would be a "Partial Image" feature under the Virtual Background tab to enable the user add an image to the current background, click on an image already added (to move or delete or replace it), and an "accept change" button to implement the action -- shall I send this suggestion on to the team?
