I'm unable to load zoom login page on my macbook. Is there a reason why?
Hello, I connected Zoom to Facebook. When I start a live zoom on my personal profile or on one of my pages, everything is fine. When I start a live zoom on one of my groups, zoom tells me "Subject does not have permission to create live video on this group". I do not understand where the problem is, since I am the owner of the group and I have all the permissions, also if I start a direct from facebook everything works. Anyone can suggest me how to solve the problem? Thank you

The registrant search is supposed to work with even partial names or partial emails. Our search works only with the entire email address; the name, even the full name, does not work. How do I fix this?
Hello, This is not the account I am using for the test, but one with an activated trial. Using JWT, I am trying to use the method : I can log in, create meetings, delete meetings, ... etc, but when I try to get the QoS data of the meeting, I got a: The zeros are a placeholder. I have even tried using an access token generated from the Zoom web, but I obtain the same result. Please, can you help me with this? Recently when adding external participants to a meeting invite, Meeting Zen has become the default Conference option. I need to click on the dropdown to change it back to Zoom Conference. I haven't changed it intentionally and now I can't work out how to remove it.

Hello. I am having a meeting in the next couple hours, so a friend and I tested my audio audio to make sure I sounded clear, and they told me that my microphone was glitching out, but I was understandable. When they tried talking to me using a microphone, I couldn’t hear them. We had use FaceTime, so we could talk about what was going on. I have already shut down my device and my friends shut down theirs. We were both unmuted and we were connected to audio. I cleaned out my microphone and so did my friend. We weren’t connected to any speakers or Bluetooth devices. We aren’t using the app either. We have tried using Safari, Google Chrome, using my meeting link, we’ve tried everything we could think of that might be the problem. Hopefully someone can help me. I would recommend a person who knows how to work with iPads, and computers. Maybe someone who is in IT. Maybe a zoom employee even. This is my only problem with zoom.

Hi, as a therapist I like to be able to have a good up front/straight camera angle during couples sessions as well as appearing to have eye contact with my clients. How do I best manage this when using an iPad?
The setting to enable co-hosts says that co-hosts have the same in-meeting controls as the host. However, I find that co-hosts cannot do everything that the host can do. For example, the host can turn off a participant's camera, but co-hosts cannot. Please enable all the controls for co-hosts! Thank you.
