Hi - just started with Zoom today. When I set a meeting, it shows TWO meetings at the same time in my calendar.

When hosting a zoom meeting with a host and cohosts, one person is airing their slides on the screen, while others are running more of the meeting, logistics, meaning setting up breakout rooms, monitoring participants entering the zoom, and trying to play music for the beginning of the meeting and after returning from breakouts. The music continues to be an issue. Have there been any updates to allow cohost to share music while someone else shares slides? We have allowed for multiple participants to share simultaneously, but the music does not come through clearly when we do this. does anyone have a solution for this? Have there been any updates that would help with this? 

We are generally sharing through Apple Music or Spotify.

Hallo, 
ich habe eine sehr gute Webcam und einen sehr guten Bildschirm (Hardware ist auch top) Zusätzlich habe ich die Videoqualität auf HD eingestellt. Trotzdem ist die Videoqualität im Vollbild pixelig und schlecht. Ich möchte die Meetings aufzeichnen. Doch die Bildqualität ist echt schlecht und in der Aufzeichnung sehr unansehnlich. Wie kann ich die Bildqualität von Zoom noch verbessern?

Zoom meeting link missing in email

We are connected to zoom via hubspot. and meetings are scheduled through HUbspot into Zoom. It has worked fine for years. But all of a sudden some of our meeting emails (the automatic ones sent once raised) are missing the zoom link. It seems to be s... Show more

We are connected to zoom via hubspot. and meetings are scheduled through HUbspot into Zoom. It has worked fine for years. But all of a sudden some of our meeting emails (the automatic ones sent once raised) are missing the zoom link. It seems to be sometimes the link is there and other times it is blank.

Like i said sometime it happens sometimes it doesn't, so i have ruled out a setting issue

How to download a video recording?

I received the zoom link of our meeting from the Host. I entered the passcode. I can see and hear the meeting. But I do not see a DOWNLOAD option so I can email it to those who missed the meeting. When I click on CUSTOMER SUPPORT, all I get is a blan... Show more

I received the zoom link of our meeting from the Host. I entered the passcode. I can see and hear the meeting. But I do not see a DOWNLOAD option so I can email it to those who missed the meeting. 

When I click on CUSTOMER SUPPORT, all I get is a blank page!

What to do? Please advise and much thanks.

Zoom participants number invisible

Hello together, 

 

I want to start a Zoom meeting, where the other participants (except the host) can't see how many other people are in the meeting. But they should be able to use their microphone. 

Is this possible?

I just updated my Zoom, but it won't let me click on the avatar, I don't know why, any ideas how to fix this.

I am using Zoom Workplace 6.2.6 in Ubuntu/ Fedora. My client connects from a Windows laptop.
When I edit some documents through Screen share by controlling their screen. My keyboard shortcuts are not working like ctrl + c, ctrl +v , ctrl +x or ctrl + s.

But these shortcuts are working when i connect from Windows to windows.

I have downloaded the .deb package from Zoom website. Am not using snap version

In Zoom meeting
From Participant's account, he/she  clicked  "Join Session" or "Join meeting" or meeting link before the scheduled time but showing that the meeting has not started.
but when checked with host, 
he joined the meeting.

they were not able to connect on Zoom when both the participant and coach joined the session.
any suggestions?
