Audio Disconnects
Over the last few days, my audio goes out during meetings on my laptop. It does it on its own. I am not touching the keyboard at all. I have not changed any settings. If I close out the session and relaunch, the audio is good at first but then goes out again. It takes less than a minute after logging on for it to occur. I cleared the cache and that didn’t help. I reinstalled the app and that didn’t help. My drivers are up to date and I have plenty of capacity on my laptop. I tried different headsets. There is no difference, and I can listen to online videos without any problem. This also happens when I change the source from headset to computer speaker. I don't have this problem on my other computer. The maker of the computer with this problem checked it for any errors or settings issues, and nothing was found to be a problem. Other software programs work fine with audio. It seems to be specific to Zoom and happens both through the browser and app.
