Good afternoon,

I hope someone can help me with this problem. I have tried many things, on different days and on various devices and nothing.

The problem is that I join a conversation and when I enlarge the window the image freezes although I can still hear the conversation. I click on close and it tells me that the program is not responding.

It also happens to me that while I am in a conversation, without enlarging the window, I put the chat on and as soon as I go to write, it doesn't let me, again the program doesn't respond, it freezes but I can still hear.

Next test, I connect to the meeting and I don't enlarge the window or put the chat on, it also ends up freezing.

Based on all this, I look at the possible solutions on the web. I uninstall the application, reinstall, try, the same thing keeps happening to me, I then join by meeting ID and it keeps happening.

I have tried installing from Windows, installing the 64-bit app and the 32-bit one. Nothing happens to me in any of them. Also, when I try from another PC, the same thing happens to me. The only place where it doesn't happen to me is from the tablet, but writing is complicated there, I prefer to be able to do it from the PC.

I have to add that I have all the updates installed, for the graphics card, for Windows 11...

second monitor problems

Resolved! Blurred video with artificial lighting

I teach online dance classes from my home , but as soon as it gets dark outside my video call becomes blurry, and if I turn on the light it still is blurry. Any ideas on what I can do? I use my labtop. Thank you

I am the admin for my account but I keep getting a message that I need my admin to make this change?

zoomアプリの設定が動作しない

全画面にすると画面が真っ黒になります。

全画面にしなければ、普通に映像がでるのに全画面にすると画面が真っ黒になります。
チャットツールなどを横に出せば全画面にしても真っ黒にはならないのですが

 

全画面のみにすると真っ黒になります。

PCはサーフェスの11世代で、先日までは全く問題なかったのですが

本日から急に上記の現象がでました。

対応策を誰かお教えくださいませ。

I use  zoom to do an online karaoke room twice a week, and I noticed in the last update  (5.14.7)  the "Live Performance Audio" setting, but an unable to evaluate it because I get the following error "Unable to start Live Performance Audio"  when attempting to turn it on from the upper left hand corner, where I turn on Original Sound as well.  

We're both on Mac OS

hello, i use an ethernet connection. I also use a mixer to get music and a mic through to the meetings with good sound and minimal latency. I am noticing when I am watching the recordings, the mic sound gets quiet towards the end of the meeting?? I thought I fixed it by turning off 'automatically adjust microphone' but after the last update, a day or 2 ago, the problem is back? Did audio settings change? What should be selected? And deselected so my mic is the same throughout?

Hi there.

 

I'm a music teacher who is very interested in using Zoom and it's sound sharing ability.

Previously I had the Zoom Audio Driver (can't remember exactly what it's called) present in both my Audio/MIDI setup, but also available in my system as audio selections.

I did a reformat of my computer and reinstalled zoom (have uninstalled and reinstalled several times), but no Zoom Audio Driver is present.

 

Is this something that needs to be installed separately? Where would I find it and I guess more importantly why did it not install in my system this time around? My understanding was that it is installed with the Zoom desktop app.

 

Thanks for any help!

 

Current OS is Mac OS Ventura 13.3.1
