I have been using zoom for meetings for the last 2.5 years.  Today as I am trying to schedule, I get the error listed above.

 

Any thoughts?  Seems to be related to google calendar.

Undo Account consolidation

Zoom just consolidated my account because of my domain. I lost my pro account and downgraded to a basic account.

 

How can I undo this?

 

Please help, I have an event in two days, which I am supposed to live stream.

I received this email and can't see a "marketplace" section on the Zoom site and am wondering if this is a legit email with safe links or not?

mic not working

My mic is not working with Zoom. It works for Slack and Google Voice calls. Not sure the issue. Appreciate any insights.

Where did my cloud recording go?

I just hosted a meeting and recorded it to Zoom Cloud. At the end of the meeting I clicked leave meeting like everyone else and that was it. I thought that was where/when I would name etc my recording. But my recording is nowhere to be found. What di... Show more

I just hosted a meeting and recorded it to Zoom Cloud.  At the end of the meeting I clicked leave meeting like everyone else and that was it.  I thought that was where/when I would name etc my recording.  But my recording is nowhere to be found.   What did I do wrong and can I find it ?

It's not in the "Recording"  list on my account in your website as well.
Checked the Zoom application too > Meetings > Recorded
