Can you Please change the take control of participants Global setting to Disabled. We are having many issue with participants requesting access to take control of participants video . ASAP .

You would need to pass the Host to another member in the meeting so meeting would stay open.

None can be host to claim host with Host Key. On a computer the option is under Participants window. Claim Host On Phone or Tablet. 3 dots or More option. Then a Claim host option there.
