Hi there, We deployed Zoom desktop client via software deployment. Users store their zoom credentials when using the software. They are stored until next update of desktop client. When we update the desktop client, users have to type in their logon credentials again (and some of them keep forgetting them). Is there any possibility to keep the users credentials store during an update? Thanks in advance Peat

Hello,
I had a meeting and recorded it but now I can't find it and I'm sure I click to save it
Ok, so as mentioned on the title, my Zoom desktop app won't open. I still can install it, however when I try to uninstall the app it won't allow me. It pops up with Error 3000 and I can only uninstall the app via external application.
But, even if I uninstall the app, it says the app is still running in Windows System Tray, and also I cannot close the app using task manager. It only closes when I turn my PC off. Zoom was working fine until around 2 months ago, it randomly just froze when I tried to join a meeting using a link.
I really need assistance with this issue, and I'd really appreciate if you can help me resolve this.
Thank you for reading.

I have a Canon EOS RP camera hooked up to ZOOM using the Canon EOS Webcam Utility. Attached to the camera, I have a Canon DM-E1 external microphone. I am running macOS Monterey Version 12.5.1 I am using Zoom version 5.11.6 (9890) Under the dropdown for video, my EOS Webcam Utility is listed, and my camera works fine in Zoom. HOWEVER, under the microphone dropdown, MY CANON DM-E1 MICROPHONE IS NOT LISTED. I have removed and re-installed both ZOOM and the EOS Webcam Utility. Please help.

Does zoom save the breakout room info anywhere? Can the host find the information of which attendees were in which break out room(if people were randomly assigned during the meeting)? Also, can the host see and save the chats in break out rooms during the meeting or afterwards?

Anyone having trouble getting green screen to work with virtual backgrounds when using Apple Studio Monitor? My virtual backgrounds kind of work without my green screen, but I get the halo effect. Any suggestions for enabling green screen? I check the box, but all I see is a green background - not my virtual background. Running 14"MBP in clamshell mode. Have updated Zoom for M1, and updated firmware on Monitor
