Hi There,
Had a meeting today that wasn't recorded but afterwards had the client ask if there was a recording. Wondering if there is a way to find that meetings recording, even though it wasn't recorded in the session?
I don't expect much but thought I'd ask. Appreciate anything.
Thanks!
K

Hey, @kpaa –
Sorry – if you did not record the meeting locally or to the Zoom Cloud, your hunch is correct: there’s no recording to be had.
Most of the time – especially if I’m meeting with a new client – I try to ask up front if they’d like a recording of the session. If they do, normally I’ll ask them to record locally on their end, and I’ll also turn on the Cloud recording. You might have to grant them permission to record (Participants window More menu on the attendee name).
