Hi all - I trust this will make sense and display my newbie-ness.

Our small business has a few remote users. We have a few Licensed Zoom accounts. We would like to use one of the Zoom accounts for multiple meetings, hosted by any of our staff.

I would like the link, or URL of this meeting to be able to be used in multiple meetings, so a staff member can schedule a meeting and add the Zoom link. 

Could this 'company' Zoom account be accessed by anyone who is given the link, and set up to allow it to be hosted by whoever sends out the meeting invitations?

Is this as straight forward as it seems? I feel I am missing something in the 'ownership' of the meeting. Eg that the person scheduling the meeting would need access to the Zoom account of this recurring, used-for-many-different-meetings Zoom account. Also how the hosting of each meeting would work.

We have problem on my laptop when join  a meeting...its normal until 30 minutes (presentation and sound from host), after that  there was no sound but presentation from host still showing on my laptop. After i rejoin the meeting it back to normal. I use windows 10 21H1,. is problem on my laptop or on host ?

I recorded the video meeting and I select for the location of folder to save file on external harddisk which the recorded longer to 2hrs. but when export from video file. It's just 1 hr video menaing is not finish. How I can recovery the full file? because I think has problem that zoom can't find the location in that time.

One thing I absolutely HATE about Zoom is the meeting notices I receive from other users, specifically this swell feature: 

When I click on the "accept" option in the notice, the meeting notice — including the date, time, and link — is deleted without adding it to the Outlook calendar. I need the information in the invite when it comes time to log on to the Zoom meeting. 

Is there a workaround? Is this something that Zoom can fix in future releases? 

Hi, I am not able to view the participants in each breakout room created like I did in the past when joining breakout rooms in meetings. Also the breakout room that I choose is no longer visible once I join. I can  see the room numbers or titles of each room only. I am using Basic Zoom on my IPad Air 2.  Has anyone  else experienced this problem and if so how did you fix it. Thank you.
