I create nearly 100 meetings each month for our team using meeting templates but we have some custom text that we need to add to the registration confirmation emails. The meeting template function doesn't save the paragraph that we add to our Confirmation Email to Registrants so I have to copy & paste this in every meeting. I'm wondering if I'm missing something and if there is a way I can save the Confirmation Email to Registrants with our custom text so I don't have to copy & paste 100+ times every month. Thank you!

Is there a way for attendees to access all recordings of a recurring meeting from a single link? (without having to share an individual link for each recording)
What i need to have to be able to give 3 meetings om one account and be able to record it seperate in iCloud?
Till now i used licentie voor 1 teacher (Max 100 people). The about of students will be not more than 50 totaly (de groups).
How can I join zoom meeting in mobile via link.. As app not installed. Need to join vai browser.

We need a way to save breakout room chats and a way for breakout room participants to contact a person in the meeting but not in their room (who ideally isn't the host). We work in suicide prevention and have someone available for one on one counselling and support if the breakout room discussions get intense. We also need to compile chat conversations from breakout rooms for facilitation purposes. Thanks for helping us figure this out.

Hi Forum Folke, Does anybody know if the "save chat" feature has been implemented in Android Zoom yet? I have a LOT of people who attend meetings via phone, and I often post links in the chat area. You know how easy it is to botch copying down a link, and complicated 'workarounds' can be difficult to explain (and detract from the purpose of the meeting); it'd be SO much easier to just save chat to view later as is already possible with the PC & Mac desktop versions of Zoom. Thanks for your answers!
