Is any wey that I can  maintaince the same meeting password and the same ID, for both devices? If I conect from de work notebook the password and the ID, is different if I would conect from the other notebook

I need to schedule meetings on behalf of other people in my organisation. For this, I have access their Google calendars.

However, the Zoom add-on doesn't allow me to swap the meeting host, which means all meetings are scheduled with my own zoom meeting ID instead of theirs.

Is there a fix for this please?

I have a private room that I'm sharing  with my team. They all use the same meeting URL every day and the same host key from my account. I used to be a team member in another team that had the same type of setup, only this time around I'm the owner of the account and it's my private room URL, not another persons private room. When I was a user of that in prior years everyone in the team was able to create breakout rooms after claiming host, however my team mates are not able to create breakout rooms after claiming host. I have looked trough all the settings in my profile page and inside Zoom PMI settings but there's nothing there to explain this. We are all using desktop application and there's a mix between iOS and W10. Just like it used to be in my prior team.  So it's the same setup with different outcome. What's up with that?

When someone other than me claims host, are they defined as "Co host"? I see this title occurs alot in the Zoom support texts, but WHAT is a co-host? Is that the person that claims host but do NOT own the account?

The steps to self-join a breakout room are simple enough: click Breakout Rooms and them click Join beside the desired room.  The problem comes when 50 participants are selecting from a list of 10 rooms (for example).  Each room auto-expands to show who has joined so far, causing the various Join buttons to bounce around.  For the remaining participants, selecting a room is nearly impossible as they are literally trying to hit a moving target.  Does anyone know a way around this?

My suggestion to Zoom: Do not expand the room lists as participants join. If a participant wants to see who is in a room before joining, let him click the dropdown button manually.

I'm a noob to being a host.  I know how to schedule a new meeting and, in doing so, how to make the new meeting into a template.  Is there a way to take an already-scheduled meeting and make it a template, or should I delete and then recreate the meeting, saving the re-creation as a template?

Thanks.

I have two email accounts - let's call them Account A and Account B - with Account A being my default account in Outlook and the account I used to set up Zoom. As far as I am aware, no Zoom account exists under Account B.

When I create a Zoom meeting, Account B is always the email that shows by default on the invitation email, but I am able to manually change this to Account B from a drop list.

But when my invitees receive the email it says "Sent from Account A on behalf of Account B", and when they accept the invitation their response returns to my Account B inbox.

This is extremely annoying, as Account A is a business email account and Account B is a private one and I don't particularly want my business contacts knowing my private email address.

The only thing I can think of is that Account A is an IMAP account and Account B is a Microsoft Exchange account, but that may be irrelevant.

Hi.

Whenever join zoom meeting, without headset, I got volume issue

Maximum volume is too small, I can't hear properly. But when I turn on that speaker button on zoom, even the lowest volume is too loud.

I have submitted a feature request to see if there is a possiblity to allow simultanous breakout coordinators.

We are in need of it as we have 200 + that come to a weekly meeting.

Right now, only one can do this probably due to the challenge of two persons doing the same thing at the same time.

However, we can put a system in place to make sure we dont' do the same resources and can do this more effective.

Hope zoom will consider my multiple times of making this request

My problem is that if I click on a zoom link - it does not work with the pwa?

How can I solve this?
