How to prevent private chatting between participants

Hello... it's been a while since I joined, but I'm a Zoom beginner. TT

If you know how to block private chatting between participants, please explain in detail.

Disabling private chat for all meetings
  1. In the navigation panel, click Settings.
  2. Under In Meeting (Basic), go to the Private chat feature.
  3. Click the Private chat toggle to disable it.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Is it possible to disable private chatting between participants, but enable it for panelists and hosts/co-hosts?
