Hi, I want to install Original Sound but the instructions offered by Zoom support no longer are visible: Profile and Settings are separate on my screen and when I enter Settings there is no Audio icon I can access, nor, subsequently, Advanced to then adjust speaker and microphone. None of the items offered now under Settings, including when I type Audio, are applicable for installing Original Sound. How can I install it?

Strangely, for 3 days in a row when I finished a call that I was recording and the converting process started, my home internet drops. It drops for every device in the house. Only when it finishes converting and I reset my modem, the internet comes back on. I have fiber and there are no known outages with it. The video duration is about an hour. 97K-124K size. Any suggestion of causes and fixes.? Prior to 3 days ago, I had no problems with internet dropping during the converting process.

We have a business account that is used by our small groups and some other ministries. Some of the ministry leaders keep getting and error message asking for a code when logging in to the user account assigned to them. It happens even if they are using the same device each time. What is the solution to this?

계속 사용중이던 유료계정인데 어느날 인증코드를 넣으라고 뜨네요. 그런데 인증코드가 오지 않습니다. nate 메일인데, 고객센터 확인결과로는 줌으로부터 발송된 메일이 없다고 하구요. 이상한건 암호를 변경해 봤는데 줌에서 보낸 암호가 변경 되었다는 안내 메일은 또 수신이 됩니다. 그런데 줌으로부터 오는 인증코드 메일만 수신이 안 되는군요. 스팸함, sns함, 기타등등 어떤 메일함에도 없습니다. 줌에 티켓제출로 여러차례 문의했는데 원론적인 답변만 계속 보내오네요. 로그인이 안 되니 유료 구독도 해지할 수 없고, 고객센터에 해지해 달라고 하니 로그인해서 해지하는 방법 안내만 해주고, 한국에 고객센터가 없는 줌을 계속 써야 하나 싶어요 정말. 해결 방법이 없을까요?

As a host I can add breakout rooms to the template meeting - actually their name and number. When the meeting starts, breakout rooms are created automatically. What I miss in this feature is saving the additional options - I want participants to choose their room, but every time I open the meeting I have to tick this option in checklist. When I save the meeting template, this option is not saved. Is there any way to have is saved?

Hi, since version 5.10.3.2778 on linux (ubuntu) using the zoom link in a google calendar invite does not open zoom to join the call. When clicking on the link a little zoom icon near the mouse cursor appears but zoom is not opening the call. Workarounds: - manually pasting the meeting id and passcode - reverting back to version 5.9.6.2225 Any suggestions how to fix this? Thanks in advance, Christian
