Original sound

Hi,

I want to install Original Sound but the instructions offered by Zoom support no longer are visible: Profile and Settings are separate on my screen and when I enter Settings there is no Audio icon I can access, nor, subsequently, Advanced to then adjust speaker and microphone. None of the items offered now under Settings, including when I type Audio, are applicable for installing Original Sound. How can I install it?

Based on your description, I think you are viewing the Zoom web portal, instead of the desktop client, where the audio settings reside. Try looking through your installed applications on your device to see if the Zoom desktop client is installed, and if so, open that and sign-in to your account to find the correct settings. If you don't have it installed, you can easily download it from the Zoom Downloads page: https://zoom.us/download
