Hi,
since version 5.10.3.2778 on linux (ubuntu) using the zoom link in a google calendar invite does not open zoom to join the call.
When clicking on the link a little zoom icon near the mouse cursor appears but zoom is not opening the call.
Workarounds:
- manually pasting the meeting id and passcode
- reverting back to version 5.9.6.2225
Any suggestions how to fix this?
Thanks in advance,
Christian

Same as joe: Ubuntu 20.04 Desktop
sudo snap revert zoom-client --revision 170
For me it app armor interfered.
audit[72930]: AVC apparmor="DENIED" operation="open" profile="snap.zoom-client.zoom-client" name="/proc/72930/setgroups" pid=72930 comm="zoom" requested_mask="w" denied_mask="w" fsuid=1000 ouid=1000

The issue still persists with version 5.11.10.4400. Does anyone know how to get rid of apparmor blocking the open request?
