Connecting Zoom to Jira Service Desk

Has anyone had any success connecting zoom to Jira Service Desk? How were you able to do it?

 

I have installed Zoom for JSD from the marketplace. But I just cannot figure out how to connect and integrate Zoom into JSD. The Zoom item appears on the right hand ticket menu.

 

I think I need to somehow tell Zoom and JSD to connect and integrate. But when I do, I keep clicking on the Connect and the Request pre-approval buttons and nothing happens and I simply do not know what I need to do next.

 

I am the Atlassian Account Admin.

 

I want to get Zoom connected and listed on all of our JSD tickets.

 

I've read through Atlassian, JSD and Zoom help pages but they do not make sense nor do they do the trick.

I can't use blur background in zoom.

As the title suggest, I can't use the background. I have updated zoom latest version. I have enable the green screen option for my background but I still can't find the blur background option. I have go through a link in the Zoom Community by a ZOOM MODERATER which suggest to search like this 1) Go to Setting, 2)Click System, and 3)Click about us. I stop it in the third step because I do not see any word such as System after I click Setting. I also searched it in Zoom but there is no result. If a ZOOM Moderator is reading this, please help the client earnestly instead of sending a link that does not work. This is my laptop information.

Zoom Desktop App Version 5.11.10 (8200)

OS: Windows 10, Surface Pro

Device used: Sennheiser Teamconnect Wireless speaker/microphone (echo cancelling speakerphone)

 

When people on one end of a Zoom call mute all participants, it then stops the functionality of our Sennheiser Teamconnect speakerphones from being able to be muted and it must instead be done through the app from then on. This is not an issue in Microsoft Teams.

The mute functionality works fine when it is only done using the microphones and no muting through the Zoom app. The functionality breaks after someone mutes through the app and it loses 'sync' with the device.

 

We already have the option 'sync buttons on headset' selected. Have tried disabling the option in Zoom, disconnecting the device, reboot computer, reconnect device, re-open Zoom and re-enable the option above but it didn't help.

Hi,

We are experiencing an issue at one of our sites relating to zoom performance - choppy, stuttery video & audio performance.

I have been monitoring the general network performance during video meetings & I'm see nothing out of the ordinary - ping responses to google.com remain consistent at <20ms.  Router & AP's also not reporting any congestion etc.  Users

on site have tried connecting via WiFi & via cable, with same results.

I believe the site client (who provides the connection) may be limiting video comms, though they are not confirming/denying that.

Is there any other "ways" to monitor or diagnose zoom performance stats etc???

Removing the black areas in gallery view

Whenever I host a meeting where there are 3 speakers in gallery view, there are unsightly black bars/ areas that appear. How do I get rid of that and put in my own background for branding purposes? I hope to be able to put in a background like the at... Show more

Whenever I host a meeting where there are 3 speakers in gallery view, there are unsightly black bars/ areas that appear. How do I get rid of that and put in my own background for branding purposes? I hope to be able to put in a background like the attached example. Or is that something that can only be done post-production in video editing software please? Thank you!

Participants can't enter meeting - message says host is already in another meeting.

This is my second post today on this problem. Someone suggested I might have two meetings open at the same time, but that has not been the case. I would have replied back in the same chain, but this community tool failed. Thanks for the reply. However, each time it has happened, I have only scheduled one meeting. I open the meeting a few minutes before it is to begin and none of the invitees/participants can join the meeting. I wasted a half hour of everyone's time yesterday. This has happened the last two times I have tried to use Zoom. When it happened yesterday, I closed the meeting down and deleted it from Zoom; then, I scheduled a new meeting and sent the link to everyone. They still got the same message - "the host is in another meeting". We tried it 4 times and the fourth was the charm--30 minutes later. Any further suggestions would be appreciated.

My company is having us do zoom visits with patients.  We are required to copy and paste the personal meeting linking into our company email and send to the patient (instead of an invite).  Whenever I send the copied link, the person on the other end is unable to open the link (error:  invalid meeting id).  The id does match the one on the invite (that works)?  I did check the box (use this id for instant meetings).  Any suggestions to get the link to work?  Thank you.

Muted from recording

We have a weekly Zoom meeting for my group and each meeting is recorded and saved for anyone who can't attend. In last week's meeting, the sound was muted during certain parts of the meeting, but only from the recording. Since I attended the meeting, and spoke in at least one part of the muted part of the meeting, I know meeting participants heard me. But when I reviewed the recording, there was no sound. It was almost as if someone hit mute, but instead of just muting their microphone, they muted the sound from the recording. This happened in three sections of the meeting (at least).  One in which another person was talking, but I was sharing a video through screenshare (with "Optimize for Video" and "Record computer sound" both checked), and the other two where no one was sharing, but different people were talking. 

 

The way the video continues with audio, it sounds like someone unmuted to speak, and the sound just magically comes on again. 

 

I am one of three admins on the account and am the main host of the meeting, with two co-hosts. Is it possible for an admin or a host/co-host to mute for a recording?

I use Zoom (busines type)  just recently when creating a zoom meeting in slack, I am no longer able to preview folks that are currently in the zoom meeting.  If someone spins up a meeting and people join, zoom shows 0 people in the meeting.  

 

It used to be that if someone spun a zoom meeting in slack I would be able to see who is in the meeting.  This is tru for people in my organization,  no one is able to see the attendees anymore..   is there a permission setting that I need to change?
