I regularly use zoom on my Mac and suddenly it stopped working, it doesn't log in to my account and doesn't let me join a meeting. it sends me a connection error and I don't know what to do. I tried with different Wi-fi networks and still doesn't work.

This is a bit of a mouthful, but we are helping an instructor record his in-person course for students who cannot attend. In this case, I'm planning to assign a person as an alternate host on the isntructor's Zoom meeting to allow them to start the recording, but they also need to be able to use their Zoom account on a different device at the same time. Is that possible? My guess is that a Zoom user can only have one Zoom open at a time. the point of confusion here is that the user would be an alternate host for a meeting scheduled under another person's account, and they want to be able to use their own account on a different device to meet with people on Zoom.

Good day, I notice that the links created by the plug-in Zoom in my Outlook calendar are not the same in my Zoom account (via zoom.us). In Outlook all the links has this mention at the end of the invite link : &from=addon Also, when I create meetings for others, which gave me the schedule privilege, they can't start the meeting or let the participants get in. Thanks for your help
