I initiate a Zoom conference call (audio only - not app) Tuesdays through Fridays from 5am-5:30am. Sometimes, there are no participants on the call. When there are no participants, the call will terminate nine minutes after starting. I then start the call again and again in nine minutes, the call terminates. This only happens when there is silence. No other calls I make terminate.

This happens sporadically but often enough to be irritating. I opened a ticket with Zoom in April (when this started) and they have stated the problem was not on their end after researching it for two and a half months . I also have a ticket and community post open with Verizon and Apple. Thought I would check here to see if anyone else experienced this or if there is some setting that I am missing.
My thought is that the phone, carrier or Zoom have a timeout set somewhere if there is no one speaking.
Any ideas will be very appreciated.

Random Meeting Acceptances

I'm having a problem where I keep "accepting" recurring meetings over and over again without actually pressing "accept." I look in my sent mail folder and I find "you have accepted xyz meeting" nearly every day, even though I haven't received any meeting invites. These random acceptances have gone out hundreds of times. What can I do to stop it?

I have been a ZOOM user for a long time. Yesterday I was participating in a meeting and I was logged out for no apparent reason. Now every time I try to access it is impossible, I have installed the program four times on my MAC MINI computer and there are no results. The zoom support is not responding and I don't know what to do or how to fix it.

I tried to use my boss user. But still no results. So how can I make it work?

Resolved! My PRO Account is Not Recognized

I am paying for PRO, but profile and scheduling are showing BASIC. Worked just fine from November 2021 until now. I need to set up a meeting and require more than the BASIC limits.

So when I try to join a zoom meeting it keeps crashing or it says zoom not responding in the task manager. This also happens when I open up specifically the audio section of the zoom settings. I've tried most things like my windows is up to date, reinstalling zoom multiple times, and updating all my drivers but it still doesn't work. If anyone could help me resolve or find a solution that would bee great.

Every time I join a meeting in zoom, it boots me out, then tries to load me back in which boots me out and crashes zoom.

My zoom is up to date, so are all my drivers and windows. I have refragmented my computer and uninstalled and reinstalled zoom multiple times, taking all zoom files off my computer with it. The problem persists.

Any ideas?

External camera not showing in Zoom - MacOS

Hello,

 

Trying to use Sony Camera A6600 as an external camera on Macbook Pro (12.3.1),  this external camera is not getting detected on Zoom application (5.10.1). Sony Imaging edge properly detects the camera. 

Is it a known issue with Zoom?

Hi Zoom community,

 

I participate in a group's Zoom meetings regularly. The host sends out the registration link a couple of days before the meeting, and I will register and receive a confirmation email from Zoom (***********) with the "join meeting" option.

 

However, every time I click on "join meeting" from my laptop (I choose launch meeting in Zoom app), I am prompted to "join from browser" (the message says I need a more updated version to join meetings with the Zoom app, but this does not happen with other meetings.) And once I confirm joining from browser, I am led to the registration page instead of the actual meeting. I am however able to access the meeting with my iPhone.

 

How can I solve this problem? Thank you!

How to allow a group member to host a meeting from an android phone if they have the meeting profile

Can someone tell me how would I allow for a group member to use our email and password to sign in as the host to open the meeting from an android phone?
