Guys - is there a shortcut for the new vanishing pen to turn it on and off?? It is virtually unusable when showing software packages to clients as it disables all the functionality of the programs until i physically click "mouse" on the annotations toolbar 😞

To Whom It May Concern; This is Zion from Dherald Flip Education Inc. I'm writing to you to address some serious problems that have occured more than a couple of times regarding the use of the meeting room. 1) Aug 25th, 2022 When I logged in and opened the meeting room to check the situation, they disappeared, and our teacher proceeded the class from 21:11:44 to 21:35:08. All classes scheduled for the 25th were finished with this class, but when we checked the meeting room usage record later, there was a meeting room usage record from 10:06:30 to 10:38:57. We checked everything and still don't know who used it. 2) Sep 20th, 2022 This time, we reopened the meeting room, so we couldn't check the situation, but our instructor left their faces with a screen capture. Strangely, there is no record of meeting room (PM) usage this time. And they didn't seem to be embarrassed in the meeting room. If they stole the account, I think they would have done a different reaction.
We're currently using 8 Zoom accounts for our company business and one of our teachers couldn't hold a class this morning as there was unknown person using the same meeting room. This happened before and it's causing us a big problem.
I'd like you to check and identify the problem of the following cases for us and make sure it won't happen again.
When our instructor at work opened the meeting room(PM) at 21:09 with *********** account, someone was having a meeting.
When our teacher at work opened the meeting room(PM) at 08:00 with *********** account, someone was having a meeting.

Recently I wanted to update zoom after trouble signing in to a very important meeting only to find the update button was not there. I left feedback about this and have found the feedback, posted over a week ago has not appeared in the review section on the app listing. Can any community member advise me what to do please?

My analytics on a recording showed that I had 85 participants in a meeting. My meetings are small (no more than 10 even). I never saw 85 people. The audio was a little strange but when I'd try to interact, nothing came of it. Does this make sense to anybody?

I understand how to record with a PPT slide and presenter video side-by-side on a local recording. I would LIKE to have the presenter video rectangle be larger, in proportion to the slide deck. Is there a way to RECORD and scale the size of the two items (the slides and the presenter video)? Thanks.

Has the zoom started to strongly respect the duration of the meetings? Unfortunately, on 2 of my accounts with a license and setting the meeting to 3 hours, after 2.5 hours I got information that my meeting was about to end. After editing and extending the time to 7 hours, I had the same problem that after 2 hours my meeting closed and after reconnecting the meeting closed after 40 minutes. I remember that the zoom did not respect the time so much. Could this be a problem in the program itself? The meetings date was set for end work week so that attendees could connect to the meeting before that date. Because these were lectures at the university. an additional option was that the participants could connect at any time now, in order to avoid problems, I have arranged to recurring meetings but i would like to know what the problem was.

Held a Zoom meeting for my students. 95% of the students had their first or last name associated with their log in to verify attendance. However, 5% the report used their Ipad (device) serial number as an identifier. Thus, I can't determine who those students are. What setting or log in do I need to tell the students to use so I get their first and last name and not the device they are using? Thanks

We have a standard pro annual account, but with 2 registrations under the same user. Let's say that a one year registration is $200, we paid $400 for 2 annual registrations under the same Standard Pro annual program, thinking that we could organize at least 2 simultaneous meetings. How can we do that?
