Two weeks ago I received an email from *********** insisting that I reset my password and turn on two-factor authentication.  If I did not comply my password would be automatically reset.  I performed both actions.

Now today I have another such email claiming to identify users whose credentials have been stolen with the same threat.  Besides being annoyed, I strongly suspect that the algorithm being used is simply wrong.  I do use Zoom on two devices (a Windows laptop and a Macbook) but I don't recall even using the Macbook since the last password reset.  Both devices have a reasonable set of malware and firewall protections and the is no password sharing (and, as I mentioned, two-factor is turned on).  

How do I stop this email nag cycle?

So I've customized my meeting link, and I've unchecked all the options for passcodes. Still, when I schedule a meeting or paste the link that's copied tot he clipboard, my meeting link still includes ?pwd=lkjdkfdjfjdkfjdkfjdkfj in it.

I've seen other meeting links not have this - can somebody point me to the setting that turns that off? Many thanks!

when I want to warn the participants in breakout rooms that their time is almost up, they do not see either my message ("broadcast message to all" feature) nor any kind of countdown  (I do see countdown as a host).
Any idea how to solve this? How come they do not see anything when I broadcast a message? (I am sure I do everything right when I try to broadcast the "message to all" since there are no similar issues during the rest of my meeting.)

Hello everyone

In Screen Sharing I want to go directly to the PPP in presentation modus. When I look at task bar in Windows and position the mouse pointer over the PPP App symbol two small windows pop up: the normal PPP Window and the presentation mode Window.

But when I klick the Screen Sharing button in Zoom Meeting I only see the normal PPP Window, not the Window with the presentation mode, allthoug it is there. Is there a way to open the window with the presentation mode of PPP directly, so that I don't have to open the presentation mode after sharing the Window of the PPP App?

As far as I can remember some time ago this was possible. As soon as I pressed the F5 button in PPP and then did a screen sharing in Zoom and clicked on the PPP App, the PPP presentation screen was shown, not the normal PPP Window. Why isn't this working any more?

I have a meeting scheduled and the host just informed me that she may have internet connection issues due to storms. I will be cohost but am not licensed with a zoom subscription. If she disconnects, what will happen with the timer of the meeting? It is scheduled to last 2 hours, but I am capped at 40 min if I am the host.

we use zoom for our meetings and need changing host participants to record these meetings.
We use an email address for the login as a host.
Now I get a warning when someone else logs in with that email address. I get the code for verification, but I can't always pass it on because of the limited validity.
Question: Can additional locations or devices be registered or can this security lock be removed?
