I can't use video Virtual Background in zoom meetings.
Why can't I use and how can I use that?
Is it my computer's problem?
We keep regularly getting emails from Zoom saying we are using 37 GB worth of cloud recordings, and that our account only has 2 GB of cloud storage. However, whenever I check our Zoom archive of cloud recordings, there's usually only 1 or 2 recent recordings, that certainly total less than 2GB total. Our trash is totally empty too... so where are the 37 gigs coming from? Any ideas? We have a number of local recordings stored on a few different laptops, but this shouldn't contribute to our cloud storage total, right?? If anyone has any ideas or any similar situations/findings you can share, I'd sincerely appreciate it! Thank you!

Our clickable meeting link was posted on Twitter, so strangers are going in and out of the room all day and night. We've set up another more private link to stop them from bombing the actual meeting but I would like to delete this meeting link so no one can go into it. I found the meeting instance under Personal Room in our account (did not know it wasn't a meeting and not exactly sure of the difference) but I am unable to edit the Personal Room to remove or at least change the password to stop the intruders. I can't edit anything to do with that Personal room. FYI this meeting is intentionally set up for unknown people to attend which is why we can't use some of the zoom tools to keep them out. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi - I would like to offer a recommendation that for the Android Zoom App that an icon to access the menu always remain on top. Sometimes during a meeting I need to mute and access the menu quickly, and from Android it is not easy because the screen is filled with people. A second issue is if one of the meeting participants is sharing the screen, there is no way to access the menu to mute or unmute. And you cannot see which direction the camera is facing. Somehow, my camera was reversed during this process of trying to get to the menu. Thanks. Barbara

I recorded a meeting from iPad on cloud. The recording is not showing up in my zoom portal and I have not received the recording. Could someone help with this?
Whenever I am using dual screens when hosting a zoom meeting, the recording always chooses the second monitor. This is when I am recording locally. My problem with this is that the second screen is always in spotlight mode. I can't change it to gallery, so my local recording always records in spotlight mode. Is there anyway I can tell zoom to record the main screen instead? Or would it be possible to switch the second screen to gallery mode? I can't seem to find that option.
