Hi,

I cannot live on Facebook from Zoom.

When I click live on Facebook, Zoom show me:

upgrading.

I am currently just on the basic free account but would like to upgrade to 40+ minute use . How ever the upgrade button is grey and unclickable. I have tried to call support BUT apparently there is only phone call support to paying upgraded members. ... Show more

I am currently just on the basic free account but would like to upgrade to 40+ minute use . How ever the upgrade button is grey and unclickable. I have tried to call support BUT apparently there is only phone call support to paying upgraded members. 😕 I am TRYING to UPGRADE. I have already submitted a ticket for help. But i figured  I would also try here, for a possibly sooner help response.

I need to control supplying MY OWN name when I am the one calling in from a cell phone to someone else's meeting. So that when I appear in the waiting room, I have already supplied my name and it shows. Without the other user having added me to a contact list, or edited the name on their end. Is this possible??

Sometimes only my first name doesn't appear in participant window

When I initiate a Zoom meeting, my full name appears at the bottom of my image.

When I enter a Zoom meeting that someone else has initiated, only my first name appears.

How can I get both my first name and last name  to always appear?

I have recorded 5 videos yesterday, but I only  received two links and still didn't receive any emails for the other videos. May I know how long it takes to process the videos and I'm not sure if the other three videos are processing right now as I didn't receive any notifications. Can anyone follow up?

Never mind I figured it out.  I could do it in Zoom, I had to bring up the camera setting from the installation document.

Can the quote/contact show renewal date, terms of service, all costs, period & effective start date?

Can Zoom provide all of the following in ONE quote/contract?

* renewal date

* terms of service

* total all-inclusive cost with a breakdown that itemizes each cost

* paid period start date

* Zoom service effective date

Zoom local recording didn't capture the whole recording

I locally recorded a 1-hour meeting and checked throughout the meeting to ensure the local record icon was beside my name in the participant list. The recording downloaded to my computer's Zoom folder, but only about 5 seconds of the meeting was save... Show more

I locally recorded a 1-hour meeting and checked throughout the meeting to ensure the local record icon was beside my name in the participant list.  The recording downloaded to my computer's Zoom folder, but only about 5 seconds of the meeting was saved. Is there any way to retrieve the rest of the meeting? 

The meeting was ended by the admin before I stopped my recording. Could this be the issue?  

The meeting folder also has an xcode_error file, could this mean anything?

Zoom doesn't recognize screens ubuntu

Hello,

I am David, running Zoom on Ubuntu. I have the problem that when trying to share my desktop, zoom does not detect any application / screen to share.  an image is being attached.

recorded event access

Funeral service recorded. Given Code + Password . Code not accepted .

Is it the Automatic access at sharing  set-up that is required for people outside zoom  ??
