Sometimes only my first name doesn't appear in participant window

When I initiate a Zoom meeting, my full name appears at the bottom of my image.

When I enter a Zoom meeting that someone else has initiated, only my first name appears.

How can I get both my first name and last name  to always appear?

Please note that if your account is managed by an account admin, they may have policies that prevent you from editing your display name.
