Hi! I am an admin for our org and manage about 200 user business accounts. I am wondering if there is a way for admins to set up hard caps on recording memory, or to be able to access and download their meetings to our server database? I don't want to take the functionality away and just leave local recordings, but I do want to have slightly better control over memory management. Any help is appreciated.

I bought the tablet in Feb of 2021. It has worked with Zoom until a couple months ago. My audio and video comes through out of sync on Zoom, but when I use Skype my audio and video is fine. I even factory reset my tablet, updated it, and redownloaded Zoom to no avail. My brother is on an 8th gen Fire 8 and Zoom still works for him.

I received an emailed video file of a meeting. The sender claims the video was created by Zoom, using zoom's recording capability. When you view the video, it does not look like the video was created by zoom, but rather a 3rd party program like EaseUS RecExperts. How can I determine if the video was actually recorded by zoom?

Hello everyone, whenever I am trying to share my screen, the fellow participants of my zoom call are not able to see what I am showing them. They only see a black screen with my cursor. However, when I use a different device (for instance my iPad), it works out. I am regularly using a MacBook Air 2020. I had this malfunction since last week, does anyone know what might be wrong? (Happens while using the App as well). Thanks!

I use a recurring meeting for weekly seminars and every time I change the alternate hosts on the day before the seminar zoom sends out an email to them and it confuses them. I can't really manipulate or update the meeting details without it sending out an email. I want to be able to turn that off.

So just a question regarding the announcement of changes with reports upcoming on March 1. As part of our continuous efforts to implement best-in-class privacy and security practices for all users, starting March 1, 2022 Zoom will remove email addresses for users flagged as guests from Account Reports and Dashboards unless they meet any of the conditions listed below. Email addresses of users on your own account will continue to be shared with your organization, as usual." What exactly does that mean? Is it just that the email column for guests won't be generated in the report CSV that you can create and output? My organization has been relying on reports to track attendance for certain extracurricular sessions we have been having. I just want to be sure that i am understanding this correctly: You will still be able to generate these reports, correct? This report will be able to tell you that people were in attendance, and what their screen name was? It just will not tie an email to it? Am i missing anything?

For the past two days, I've had three meetings where the participant sound is on at the beginning of the meeting and all of a sudden I do not hear the participant anymore even if they have changed nothing and their mic is still active. I've also noticed that the quality of their camera get worse once that happen. They seem to always have a full wi-fi connexion. In all cases, the participants was in France. Is that an issue that is happening to others?

I have accidentally left my zoom meeting running and recording over night. Now my local recording ".zoom" file is over 4GB and the conversion process will take hours. Is there anyway I can edit the file first and remove all of the unwanted recording prior to converting?
