How to balance the shared computer audio for host and participants

Hello,

 

When I share computer audio I have to increase the volume from the shared application (in this case Youtube) so that the participants can hear it. However, I have to raise the volume to a point where it's very loud for me and I struggle to hear the participants over it. 

 

Is there a way to balance this so that we all hear the audio at the same rate?
