Hi my zoom crashes when I click stop sharing. This happens normally when I have class which requires me to share my screen for at least half a day. Some time with recording too. When I stop sharing by clicking the button, the cursor will circle and crashed.

Any solution?

Hi, we have a learning management system which is connected with Zoom. When entering a meeting we are seeing the Zoom admins name, regardless who is joining the meeting first. Does anyone know how this can be changed?

Hi everyone, I am tutor using Zoom client on my iPad Air. When I shared the screen and open the lesson on cloud drive but when I used the pen, highlight or text while teaching. My students can’t see what I am doing. But I can see them wrote the note or highlight on the screen I shared. What should I do? I need help,please!

We are running an event with pre assigned break out rooms. Most people managed to get pre assigned and we only had a manually add a few.  We did have a couple of people who came late and couldn't sign in. Would this be because they weren't on the spreadsheet? If I upload a spreadsheet to pre assign break out rooms does that mean anyone not on the list can't join the meeting?

We are running 3 recurring meetings, will I have to upload the spreadsheet again if we want to include the extra people for the next meeting? 

I created a recurring meeting ID, however, it has not appeared in my list of recurring meetings for some reason. I suppose I didn't click "recurring meeting." Is there a way to place the meeting ID in my list of upcoming meetings so every week when I go to the meeting, I can stop going to the email to click on my own link?

I have a list of participants that signed up for a course. I do not want to register them individually, but I also do not want them to fill out for a second registration ( as a company, we already collected data). Is there a way to upload the participant list into a Zoom meeting? 

I need to record my clients screen without any thumbnails. I am using Cloud Recording and have attached my settings in the attached file (Cloud: Record active speaker, gallery view and shared screen separately, with only Shared screen checked). What else do I need to do? Or do I need the person sharing the screen to change some settings?

It appears the settings for local recordings have been reduced in this Zoom version, so I think Cloud is the way to go, however my single recording (which happens even if I select some of the other sub boxes as well as shared screen) always has the speaker thumbnail in the upper right corner.
