My recorded videos are now creating a new link every time I share it with a co-worker and the old link is no longer valid.  This doesn't make any sense to me and I would like to revert to the old system.

How do I change this back to the old way when there was one link for one recording?

as participant in zoom meetings I have no control on the audio quality from others.

Often there is an echoing effect that muffles speech. Speech is clearer listening through earbuds, but using a sound-bar some speech is inintelligible; the higher the quality of my audio equipment the worse the problem becomes.I believe that the issue is that earbuds selectively transmit the mid-frequencies, while HiFi audio equally amplify bass and treble. 

Once Windows included a mixer utility that allowed enhancements for speech, but no more. And searching for sound mixers brings up only utilities to control sound recording, rather than for sound reproduction.

* I have a "meetings" account set up in our Zoom Room

* I want staff to invite this account to Zoom meetings in order to schedule it with the board room equipment (DTEN Go+Mate), and then just tap the join button to start.

*  I'm not sure how to allow the host to retain host capabilities in the room using their own accounts, unless they bring their computers with them?

There seems a bug after a recent update. 

I usually do a self recording for my class every week, today i noticed that my name appeared on my video which looks very weird.  Presenter's name is redundant never displayed before,  kindly look into it and have the issue rectified ASAP.   Attached is a screenshot fyi.  Thank you for your help.

Hi, we run a Zoom meeting that is live streamed onto twitch.

On some of the events, people request the automated closed captioning.

These captions are then also burnt into the Twitch stream, which is quite problematic as they are often incorrect.

Does anyone know if there's a way to turn this off so that the closed captions aren't sent and burnt into the  live stream feed on Twitch?

Since version 5.7.3, when breakout rooms are closed, the breakout room window pops up in the center of the monitor for all co-hosts. In my use case, the main presenter must be a co-host so they can unmute. (Class is >300 participants, so allowing all to unmute at will is not an option.) During the main presentation, we need to open some breakout rooms for a subset of people. This causes a disruption during the presentation, as the breakout room window pops up in front of the teleprompter material and must be dismissed by the main presenter before they can continue. I've been stuck on version 5.7.1. I've submitted feedback to Zoom but received no response.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Does anyone have a solution? Is there a way to disable the "feature" that was added since 5.7.3, or perhaps create some way to intercept the window and auto-close it as soon as it opens? The clock is ticking as November 5th approaches and 5.7.1 will no longer be usable.

I just upgraded my account.  Every time I have a scheduled meeting, my guests keep getting this message: "Host is on another meeting" but that is not the case.

If I log out so they can log in, when I log back in, they get knocked out and we just keep going back and forth.  I usually end up having to use someone else's account.  How do I fix this.

I want to remove the security code so people is able to join in the easy way.

I am the owner  and the only user of the account but still, it seems that only the "administrator" can remove that option of a security code.

Any help with this ?
