Joining a meeting

When I click on a zoom meeting link in my email it makes me join a meeting by adding the meeting ID instead of just joining. Can anyone help me? It used to work.

I have done everything I can to try and log in to the zoom application, it does not open or works. It is not blocked by a firewall or anything else. I have uninstalled and re-installed numerous times. Reset my computer and everything. I have been absent from 4 meetings due to this complication.

 

It is not my connection because I tried 3 different wifi sources. I can log in fine in my website log-in for zoom, but the application itself is not working AT ALL.

Bad speaker audio for musical accompaniment

Excited about my new computer with integrated speakers but the audio is terrible for accompanied musical performances...which I attend a lot of on zoom. I had my system checked and updated and was told the problem is with zoom. Suggestions?? Thanks. ... Show more

Audio

I was in a zoom audition on my windows 10 desktop computer. They could see me but could not hear me. They said my audio was not muted but they still could not hear me.I was able to do it by resigning in on the phone. But I need to do it from my deskt... Show more

I cannot use virtual backgrounds (I want to use the 'Blur' effect) without a green screen. I don't have a green screen, but I have looked at the system requirements for virtual backgrounds and I believe I meet them. I should be able to use virtual backgrounds without a green screen.  Please help me figure out why I cannot enable a virtual background, specifically 'Blur', without the use of a green screen.

These are my systems:

- Zoom Version: 5.9.3

- Macbook Air (2017)

- macOS: Montery Version 12.0.1

- Processor: 1.8 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5

These are the requirements for virtual backgrounds without a filter:

- Zoom desktop client, version 4.6.4 or higher

- macOS 10.13 or later

- Supported processors (720p background video)

- Apple M1 (Macbook Air and Pro)

- Intel i5 

- 2 cores or higher

- 6th generation or higher

- macOS 10.14 or higher

I do not receive any emails from Zoom with notifications of my recordings. They stopped coming in January. I have not changed any settings and not sure why this has happened. I also would like to know how to get copies of transcripts for the meetings... Show more
