Hi,
If I make someone a host, can I get off the call and start a new Zoom meeting in my usual link? Or will they be in that same link (I use my personal I.D. link)?

Hi,
If I make someone a host, can I get off the call and start a new Zoom meeting in my usual link? Or will they be in that same link (I use my personal I.D. link)?
I'm having a meeting where I'm inviting about 25 people, but encouraging those people to forward the invitation to friends of theirs who might be interested. If I'm lucky, I'll get 50 people to the meeting. I'm encouraging people to let me know if they plan to log into the meeting, but I'm not having much success at getting responses, and I want people to be there, so I don't want to mandate that they respond. I am somewhat concerned about Zoom bombing. Trying to figure out best security settings: So I seem to be stuck with using a password only, and hoping that no one is dumb enough to post the invitation on social media where it can be seen? Any words of wisdom on how to proceed, and how much risk of Zoom bombing there actually is?

We use zoom in the usual way and with a Tricaster (as a participant via a Polycom). I have never seen this alert before and cannot find away to disable it - the message may have two or three participants on that list. It pops up and is gone in about 5 sec. We have been doing this for months and months and yet THIS is new to me. 🤔

I need to schedule a recurring meeting that has different times over a one month period. I have the meeting scheduled in my calendar and I want to send the invite to 25 people - I edited a recurring meeting to reflect the correct days and times...my question is how do I send the invite in a way that each occurrence, when accepted, will go into my invitees calendar as well? This in the body of the invite email - it is scheduled as such in my calendar...when accepted will it show up in theirs as well? Or do they need to schedule it manually by themselves? I'd like it to go into their calendar on acceptance. Week 1: Monday, July 25th 10-11 AM Tuesday, July 26th 11-12 Noon Thursday, July 28th 9-9:30 Weeks 2-4: Wednesday, August 3rd 9-9:30 Friday, August 5th 9-9:30 Wednesday, August 10th 9-9:30 Friday, August 12th 9-9:30 Wednesday, August 17th 9-9:30 Friday, August 19th 9-9:30

With the recent changes, I'm trying to understand if multiple users can use one license. Prior to July 2022 one license on our Pro account would allow for two users to host a meeting at the same time. Is that still a possibility? And if so, what is the process to set the users in that way. Also, is the 40 minute limit for all meetings, even if it is just 1:1? I saw a question from @SBCSupport and the answer said a basic user had the 40 minute limit for 3 or more people in a meeting.

A small nonprofit has a paid Zoom account. We need 8 different people, using 8 (or more) different computers to schedule and run meetings using the same gmail login information. We get a request for a one-time passcode from Zoom, but the gmail account actually denies access to get that code (because of the unknown computer). I realize both Zoom and gmail are trying to ensure security, but this situation is unworkable for us. So...question: is there a way to turn off the Zoom request to enter a one-time passcode? If not, is there a way to have just a permanent passcode?

What I’m trying to do is schedule 3 calls. Tues at 2 pm Weds at 5 pm Thurs at 12 Don't want to use PMI because it’s for the general public and obviously PMI is for an intimate audience. Is this possible with a Generated ID? If so, how do I set it up? Or are there other suggestions or solutions? Any help is greatly appreciated:)

Hi there, Could anyone help? I tutor using Zoom and for the past 2 weeks every time we do a Zoom session Zoom seems to kick my attendee out of the meeting. No message comes up or anything. I tried creating a new meeting and the attendee also tried to create but we also had the same problem. Does anyone else have any advice? Thank you

I hope someone can help me. When hosting a meeting today zoom wouldn't allow me to screenshare. I kept getting a notice saying that screenshare is restricted. All the required settings seemed to be ok with screensharing ticked etc. My mac security and privacy settings were also ok. I am a standard user and my device ins a MacBook Air using Big Sur version 11.6
