40 minute cut-off

I have a basic plan. It reads that one-to-one meetings should be allowed up to 30 hours. Mine cut off at 40 minutes. Am I not understanding the plan correctly? Or was this a technical error in Zoom’s part?

Assigning a captioner in zoom works randomly no consistent

Hi,Half the time I am assigned as captioner in zoom it just doesn't work. I've followed all the tutorials and it still doesn't work. Is someone else having the same problem that can help?

Missing of Recording
