I use Zoom as my default when allowing others to schedule appointments via Hubspot.

Just now, I was unable to join a meeting that was scheduled, despite being signed into Zoom and also being the host. Multiple attempts were made to make this meeting happen. Zoom would not recognise me as the host.

Within the Zoom app (PC), when I look at the MEETING that is booked/planned - this event was not in that schedule, despite the event being logged/booked in my Google Calendar.
This happens too often.

Any ideas on the cause and solutions?

Hi, I plan to host a zoom call with registration feature, so that participants who register can only join the meeting. However, for select attendees I want to share a link, which enables them to join without registration. 

Is there a way to generate such a master link?

I am trying to upgrade from Basic to Pro on the website. After having filled out all the information I still can't choose Credicard or Paypal as an option as they are both still grayed out. The upgrade now button is also gray and not possible to select. I have tried several browsers to no avail.

Any ideas?

Dear, when I tried to set up the virtual background on my Zoom meeting. I add my company logo which is in white. However when I add to the list of virtual background the preview become black. I tried many times and using another computer or iPAD, it always show black as the background of the company logo

Hi. I am having a strange issue and would appreciate any response. Whenever participants speak, they lose the audio I am sharing as host. The only way to solve this is to change my speaker (input) to my microphone, at which point I then cannot hear them - but it does stop the music from dropping out for them. I have tried every possible setting and have reproduced this on a number of computers, so it seems to be a Zoom problem. We never had this issue until a few weeks ago. Thanks.

Regardless - I know what the problem is - I just need Zoom team to address it, because it's been wasting my time for far too long:

Zoom is only looking at one single Calendar from my Gmail account to determine Upcoming Meetings. My "Events" Calendar. Nothing else.

I'm quite frustrated at this point - every time I want to launch a meeting that's not on this one calendar, I MUST open a browser in order to open it.

I have tried a LOT to try to fix this:

- I sign into Zoom WITH my Google Account.

-  My Google Account's Gmail is literally where I RECEIVE Zoom invites... yet they do not automatically appear as pending invites in Upcoming at this point.

- I explicitly set FULL Read & Write permissions under "Calendars And Contact Integration" for the Google Account I am already signing in with on both Zoom AND on Google Calendar, so the two can each other... which gives me all events on ONE calendar that I was not given an option to specify.

- It also shows ALL upcoming content from that one calendar, Zoom meeting or not, no choice given.

- I have added Google Calendar Notifications from Zoom's App Marketplace and tried to give it explicit permission here to the ONE calendar I want it to use. No dice. Does not show up in Upcoming Meetings.

How much more of my privacy must I sign away to Zoom and Google just so I can receive upcoming Zoom meetings IN my Upcoming Meetings tab?

I have a 315H Chromebook and this Zoom PWA rollout just sucks. Sometimes it takes me 45 minutes to get into a meeting. It wants to keep loading the outdated Zoom App/Extension. This was erased. When going through website, it also tries to load this outdated version. The only thing that works sometimes is to go into Play Store and reinstall/open PWA. I use Zoom often and can't keep having my docotrs wait for me. When frustrated I use Zoom on my Iphone.
