I am the owner of our account and had set up a previous employee as an alternate host. She is no longer with our organization and her user profile was deleted. About 2 months after deleting her I am no longer able to schedule meetings. I received this error message > "One or more people you want to add as alternative hosts are not licensed users or are not members of this account. Remove the following users to continue:" then it provides her previous email. I do not see her information anywhere on our account to delete! How can I fix this???

In an existing recurring meeting item in my Outlook calendar, I've gone into Change Settings and added an alternative host. Outlook is asking me if I want to send out the updated meeting request. I don't want all the participants in this big meeting to receive an updated request just because I've added the alt host. Nothing else has changed and as far as I know this does not change the meeting URLs. Can't I just save the meeting and close it? The new alt host will still get notified of their privileges, right?

Since getting a new Dell Windows 11 and attempting to use Zoom on it - there has not been the ability to share a screen the same way that was possible when using Windows 10. There is still the reference to share a screen -- but when the screen gets shared with the other members of the Zoom call -- but as the host, all I see is a tiny reference in the header of the Zoom screen that the there is a share occurring. As host, if I click to see the screen/file being shared -- then there is no longer any visual of the Zoom audience attendees. Formerly using Windows 10 - it was easy to have visual of the Zoom audience attendees -- and also the shared screen that includes a file. Is there some new Zoom update needed for Windows 11 or something - that we have not received a notice about to install? Or is this some known issue when using Windows 11 and attempting to share a screen? This issue is making Zoom not usable or effective for most of our Zoom meetings -- as files are needed to be shared visually. Need help to resolve this...... thank you.

Is integration with ServiceNow available beyond being able to create tickets. I work for a company that has very strict policies around recording meetings and we want to be able to create a service flow in ServiceNow that would enable and disable recording privileges per user/by request. For example, a user needs to record a one-time meeting, the request is submitted in ServiceNow and if the request is approved in ServiceNow the process to provide recording privileges would be automated within ServiceNow with a hook into Zoom and 24 hours after the meeting has ended the recording privileges are automatically removed. I originally posted this on the Developer forum and was told it should be posted here instead.

When spotlighting two participants all attendees can see them side by side. We also project the spotlighted pair to a screen but it only shows one at a time. Can we project side by side and, if so, how?
We have many users that use the same licensed Zoom accounts. A lot of them record their Zoom sessions. But for regular meetings, video recording isn't needed, just audio. I know you can change the settings to record just audio but only if you login to zoom.us. However, that's not how our users schedule meetings. They use the Zoom shortcut on their desktops. And I know if someone were to change that setting by logging into zoom.us to record audio only, the next person that wants to record video will not know to check, will only get audio recorded, and not be happy. When they are scheduling a meeting using the Zoom desktop shortcut, is there any way to set what is to record when they hit record when the meeting starts? Right now, all our licensed accounts record video, audio, and chat. Video recordings take up a lot of unnecessary storage space. If it is not currently possible to change the record settings from the Zoom desktop shortcut, I would like rto equest that modificaton to the application, please.

When I turn on zoom, the speakers work fine but the sound does not play when the headphones are connected. I have confirmed by opening youtube that the headphones play sound properly, but the zoom never plays sound with the headphones and this bothers me a lot.

Hello, I'm looking to host a few meetings (not webinars) with multiple date/time options that requires attendees to register for 1 of the available options. I've figured out how to create a meeting with registration, and I can click 're-occurring' then once saved, I can manually add additional dates/time options. I know I can cap registration but how can I cap each 'reoccurrence'? What we'd like to do is have 1 registration form where someone can pick a date/time that works for them, but we want each occurrence to be capped. e.g. if the event has sessions available on July 1 at 8am, July 8 at 8am, July 10 at 8am, and we want each of these 3 sessions to be capped at 10 people (but overall cap would be 30). Is there a way to do this? In other works, when I insert a registration cap of e.g. 10 - does it cap registration total or each occurrence at 10?

Hey.
