I've tried over several month and it's always the same. I've successfully shared dozens of files and videos from my iMac pro computer so I understand the process. However, anytime I'm hosting a meeting on the same computer and want to share my USB connected iPhone screen to the meeting, it never shows up so I can't.

 

I'm using macOS Monterey 12.3.1 and Zoom Version: 5.10.4 (6592) and my Finder shows the wired connection to the iPhone so my computer knows the phone is connected. When I click on Share Screen, there is no option displayed for my iPhone. Attached screenshots. One of the photos shows what I think I should see (from the Zoom help page) since it is a wired connection but my options never show that. The other two photos show my options to share on the Basic and Advanced tabs. The Files tab is similar so I didn't put the screen shot here.

 

Would love to fix this!!! Thanks

We have issue with switching participants from one room to another room. 

 

Below is the scenario,

 

3 -Participants and 1-Invigilator(Host) :

 

The Invigilator has created 3 waiting rooms and moved participants from one room to other room. At this step, one of the participant was stuck & froze. And this participant also disappeared from the investigator's list.

 

But, At participant screen there is a black colored screen with processing icon (Attaching the reference)

 

We did perform testing with multiple scenarios & participants but observed the same issue over and over again.

 

Please Note, There was no network issue and performance was also good.

Every time I launch Zoom on my MacBook Pro, if Zoom is opened on my Mac Studio, I get logged off Zoom on the Mac Studio.

 

I then have to re-enter the password (which is a strong password, because 2022).

 

Why TF does Zoom not let me use my 2 PCs (actually Macs)?

This is so stupid and annoying.

 

I could understand that I could only join a meeting from one PC at a time (so that the same account is not used by 50 people), but why log me off???

 

I presume I am not the only one with a desktop and a laptop.

Zoom is the ONLY app I know that is so annoying.

 

I am a paying customer and am highly annoyed by that.

(which adds to Zoom asking me very often to change password, and not working well with Apple's Keychain Access, making this a total mess).

 

Of course these disagreements happen when I want to join a meeting with my profile and what is attached to it, such as virtual backgrounds.

 

Zoom, please fix this. This is very annoying and makes Teams look user friendly.

For convenience reasons we use my PMI [we don't want to schedule dozens of separate Zoom meetings].

 

I want to have my colleague as an alternative host for my PMI on a permanent basis, so either of us can run a meeting.

I followed this procedure:

And it works well for the next time I run a meeting on my PMI, but it disappears right after that.

 

How can I make it permanent?

Hello Zoom Community!

I run into an issue with ssl interception on ubuntu 20.04 (latest update).

We began the ssl interception nearly 2 months ago and at first i thought it is enough to put the certificate into the official ubuntu certificate storage (In PEM Format under /usr/local/share/ca-certificates and read it in with update-ca-certificate).  https://ubuntu.com/server/docs/security-trust-store

 

Now we're able to login in the zoom client but as soon as you try to connect to a meeting you get a certificate warning and an error code: 104107 with this message the meeting is terminated. I can't find any informations on this error code.

We are quite a large research institution and there is no option to trust the certificate anyways.

 

Also our network and security team won't whitelist zoom as suggested in a few links because it is working in windows without any issues. (Windows 10, latest patch)

No matter how hard I press, the LOG-IN screen does not appear.

No forced shutdown.

It is the same even after uninstalling and installing.

Web access meeting participation is possible.

No instructions on how to deal with it.
Please confirm.
