The ability to choose to schedule a meeting on the behalf of others does not appear to be an option. It is set up correctly in the settings, but when scheduling a new meeting, the ability to chose to schedule on the behalf of is no longer possible or a drop down. Is this a known recent issue? Our users started reporting this happening today.. I did check all their settings and tested it as well.

Hello, I am an online teacher so my students join my Zoom meeting at a certain times, but I also have many that come in after we have started. I always have several links to share and so I am constantly putting them in the chat every time someone new joins the meeting. Is there any other way to share links besides the chat?

I'm new to Zoom- trying to learn it. Meanwhile, I watch YouTube videos several hours every day- mostly about the Ukraine war and the UFO topic. Many, if not most of these YouTube presenters do the following- they'll show themselves in a square in a corner, while showing their desktop and on it they may show a document or often, a live, web site, especially social media sites. It all looks like many of the Zoom presentations I've seen. But, I don't know how the YouTubers do this. Are they just using Zoom, with only themselves being active? I've tried this and could indeed put myself in a corner (I have a Logictect webcam) and bring up my desktop with any document or online source. So far so good. But, if I try to record it- what I end up with in the recorded video file is just a video showing whatever I had on my desktop, without me in a corner square as the desktop takes up the full video. Presumably the YouTubers have some other way of doing this without Zoom. Here is a good example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rUWwc7Q2520. That presenter mostly discusses the Ukraine war when not discussing financial investing. He may start off with himself on the full screen, then he shrinks that to a corner, while bringing up some social media site. I really would love to know how to do this. I have lots of ideas on presentations I'd make. I may also use Zoom in the typical way, as a presentation to others or just for multi party discussions. So are such folks using Zoom or some special editing program. I do have an older version of Cyberlink video editing program but I don't think that program has such a feature. I wasn't sure which location to post this so if another would be better, I'd appreciate knowing which. Thanks, Joe

have a strange predicament. When my husband plays his guitar while we have a zoom party going sound is fine. But the minute he logs in to YouTube on his tablet to run thru his amp to play along with nobody can hear him. Can’t figure out why it’s only when he’s playing YouTube thru his amp. Any suggestions.

We have a conference room and use a Microsoft surface laptop and use a Smart TV (via HDMI) & and USB Camera into the laptops VGA port. I use all different VC Meeting platforms but ZOOM is the only one I cannot get to work properly EVER! What am I doing wrong??? Video never shows up, just says the name.

We have meetings that are joined via several mobile devices and use Live Transcript. On Androids and surface tablets, participants are unable to find how to shut it off and it takes up to much screen.

Hello, I am a resume consultant and have been recording my meetings with my clients for several months. I usually save the recordings on my lap top so that I can listen again as I start working on the resume. In the last recording I can hear myself, but I cannot hear my client. What happened? Everything worked fine during the meeting! Help please!!!!!!
