Do participants see the Zoom countdown clock?
When using the basic version of Zoom, do participants see when the countdown clock on their end (as it's approaching the 40 minute time limit)?

I just want to know about BASIC zoom. I don't want or need Zoom workplace. Why must I update this App if it already does everything I want and need? I am afraid if I update, it will complicate things for me. Can I somehow return to basic Zoom?

I am having an issue with zoom where my microphone keeps disconnecting constantly throughout meetings and calls. I have to "switch" my microphone between default option and the mic itself after it disconnects to get it to work again. The default mic and the mic I pick on the list are the same mic.
Zoom is the only talk/VoIP app that does this. My microphone works perfectly on Discord and in various game VoIPs. It is a very frustrating problem as I use zoom quite a bit and have done EVERY "fix" I could find both on the forums and in the tech support files and nothing is working. The error that pops up over my mic is "your microphone is not working. Please check your connection" (paraphrased). When I test my mic pre-meeting, it's showing as working, it is only while actively in meetings that it repeatedly disconnects.
Windows 10: All drivers including audio are up-to date. Zoom is also running on the most recent version.
Does anyone have any leads on how to fix this? It's driving me insane.

Hi I created an urgent meeting through personal ID and need to convert it to Webinar.
HELP!!!! I just lost a class due to live stream on OBS not connecting to Zoom. I get a "invalid path or connection URL. please check settings to confirm that they are valid." I lost a class due to this and I can't seem to find the right video to help with this. I've tried so many things. I need help please!

Anyone know why when i record a meeting and play it back, i only hear myself and not the other person on the recording?
Hello, I use has an option to give remote control, but for some reason, it's not appearing as an option. Yes, in my settings I have toggled ON remote control. I'm using a desktop Windows computer, I'm running Zoom 5.8 and it's still not working. I do have the free version, has Zoom made anything changes I'm not aware of? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi - I have a user that I had add an alternative host to all her scheduled recurring meetings. I'm going to be removing the user's licenses soon. I just wasn't sure if I remove her licenses will the scheduled recurring meetings still be active, will the alternative host be able to host those with no issue?

Yesterday evening I recorded a one-hour lecture and saved it in the cloud and this morning the recording is still being processed... why is it taking so long?
