Hello, I am hosting an online free event, I was expecting about 800 attendees so I purchased the "add-on 1000 participants". Yet, thankfully the number of attendees exceeded 1,000. thus, can you please suggest an upgrade. I am afraid that this event is a free event and the webinar option is expensive for it. So what can I do? how can I accommodate for up to 3,000 attendees on a more affordable budget. I appreciate your fastest reply, since the event is approaching and I really need a solution. Thank you in advance.

I had an important zoom meeting where I was interviewing a scientist. I was recording him but when I went to my zoom folder afterward, it only recorded the first 10 minutes, including the sound and transcript. Anyway I can find a backup somewhere?
Last night I got an email from Zoom about the WorkingLive relationship ending. The email was very thin on content and offered only GENERIC links to the Zoom website to sign up for an account. The email says: "You can easily sign up for a new Zoom account directly on our website. Please visit this link to create a new account."
The communication from Zoom is really poor here. Has anyone on the WorkingLive plan done the transition yet?
But we already have accounts. We already login with the Zoom website.
Are we to assume that we create a "new" account but using the exact same email address on file? And then when we upgrade to a paid Zoom account all our stuff will auto-magically transition?
We won't lose recurring meeting links or cloud recordings?
Hopefully someone from Zoom will read this and offer actual details beyond the super-thin details provided by email.

I have a client that has an issue with sharing her screen. When she is sharing the screen, she only selects the app, not the screen to share (she is dead set on doing this). The participants see large gray boxes where she sees the controls and if she breaks out something like chat, they will see a gray box where her chat is. So far We have tried this: Uninstall and reinstall the zoom client Uninstalled again using the CleanZoom utility and reinstalled the client We have tried it with and without hardware acceleration We have tried it with and without video optimization We have changed the screen Capture mode to "Capture with window filtering" as suggested on these forums We have uninstalled and reinstalled the graphics driver We have confirmed that this does happen if she is a participant and not a host We have confirmed that this does not happen if we use strictly the web None of this helps. Is there anything else we can do?

I am the owner/admin of a basic account for now, but I am unable to see/find the record option during meetings I host. I'm using the Zoom Workplace App v6.1.7 (17235) on my IPhone 12. I've enabled automatic recording in my zoom account online. What else should I be doing?

How do I add someone as an alternative host? I have an individual account.

I use an app called PowerDVD23 to show video clips [using an LG Slim Portable DVD writer/player, plugged into my Dell Latitude PC] as part of a lecture for an online course. This was working fine until the most recent Zoom update. Suddenly, the Screen Sharing interface is completely different and does not give me the option of sharing anything that isn't already online. When I try to share the video, with one setting the students could see it but hear no sound; or they could hear the sound with a black screen. Am I doing something wrong with the settings???

We use to see the time on meeting invites when you send it to others. Not it's not there anymore, what happened to it? It's very ineffective
I have NO code I need one.
I am using my laptop.

i did no trouble shooting because I am not able to go any further than this. Upload and transfer. When I try to download to the laptop it wants a code.
