Hi, I have budget to use, can I pay my Zoom subscription in advance? So if my current subscription expires say May 2025 is there a way to pay again, now, and extend my subscription to May 2026? I don't see a way to do this on the billing and payment page. Thanks.

My Windows PC version background selection slide control is not responsive from the Video settings in the online window of the app. I am able to choose from selections I have already uploaded as long as I don't need to scroll down to choose one, and I am able to add new ones. It has been working correctly until recently. Now the scroll bar is frozen, and will not allow me to scroll down to other backgrounds I have uploaded. I have updated the app to the latest version, but the problem remains.

However, it functions normally from the settings/background & effects in the desktop window. That changes the online background as it should.

I really can't understand this response.

My creating (POST) and reading (GET) meeting functions work fine, but it seems that with updating (PATCH) something goes wrong.

Can you help me?

PS:
In API docs/update meeting  I noticed the following note:
"The recurrence object is required."
But if you look at "recurrence" in the SCHEMA you find
"Recurrence object. Use this object only for a meeting with type 8, a recurring meeting with fixed time."

My meeting is not a recurring one, but scheduled meeting (type 2). Maybe this is the point?

Hello, recently I had a zoom meeting. When I tried to connect from my mobile device and laptop it asked for a passcode. When I tried to open it from my desktop it opened as usual. I tried open other zoom links from my mobile device and laptop, they opened as well. 

can anyone explain where have I done wrong? 

Zoom keeps PAUSING playback of audio AND video in other applications

Using Windows 11 and Zoom Version: 5.17.2 (29988). 

If I am in a meeting I cannot play audio or video in any other applications for longer than 5 seconds at a time. It's no particular application, ANYTHING that is playing audio or video (Chrome, Edge, VLC Player, Spotify App) all pauses every 5 seconds. You hit play and you get another 5 seconds, then it pauses.

The only work around I've found is to start playback BEFORE joining a meeting and then never touch it.

• If I'm watching Netflix and it changes episodes, that counts as 'touching it' and it starts pausing every 5 seconds
• If I'm listening to Spotify and an advert kicks in, that counts as 'touching it' and it starts pausing every 5 seconds 

I'm convinced it's got something to do with my sound card drivers and what Windows thinks is the default playback device. Also I had this problem a year or two ago and I FIXED IT but since then I've reinstalled Windows and I'll be dammed if I can remember how I fixed it last time.

I am unable to schedule recurring meetings with no fixed time. There is no button there anymore (only daily, weekly, monthly). Now, when I am trying to make a new recurring meeting it says that my account does not allow it. I have a pro membership and have not had an issue with this before.

Any suggestions?

So far, the Zoom help person gave me a generic response (to click "no fixed time") that did not answer the question.

I have an Android (Samsung Galaxy S10e) phone, and downloaded the Zoom app a couple years ago when I was away from my laptop. Everything worked great. But lately, I can access meetings just fine, but can only get video - no sound.  The sound is all the way up on my phone, I have checked the Permissions in the app settings,, and camera, microphone and phone are all checked.  The only change I've made recently is that my selected browser is DuckDuckGo.  Any ideas? I have about 16 poll questions set up in my meeting. When conducting the polls, it will randomly stop showing a Launch button to launch the polling question. First time it showed the first 5 with no problem, then starting with question 6, no Launch button. Next time it did all 16 without a problem. Then yesterday, the first 11 showed no problem, but starting with question 12, no Launch button. I tried closing the poll pane and re-opening it and exiting the meeting and rejoining. I'm up to date on the releases. When the launch button doesn't show, I have no way to show it (i.e. doesn't even provide a 'relaunch' option). Suggestions? TIA!
