audio and mic disconnects on Zoom call after 5 minutes

I am a Zoom Workplace Pro member and my audio and mic are disconnecting on Zoom calls after approximately 5 minutes.  This has happened when I am the host or joined someone else's Zoom call...suggestions?

Without specific details of your hardware and network configuration I would guess that you may be using a Wifi connection that has very low bandwidth because of the distance between the Zoom device and the WAP (wireless access point). Would need more specific details of the configuration and internet bandwidth up and down.
