Help! Can't add Q&A to a meeting.

I'm following the enabling Q&A instructions found here: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0058425 

Instructions are:

1. Account Management then Account Settings.
2. Click the Meeting tab.
3. Under In Meeting (Advanced), click the Q&A in meetings toggle to enable or disable it.

BUT I don't see an Option #3 i.e. to toggle in-meeting Q&A to ON :(.

I'm using the Zoom online web version.

I am having the same issues. Looks like multiple people have reported this, and no one from Zoom is answering.
