Hello, I'm not finding the option to delete recordings in the place it should be.

I know where to delete recordings because I do it in an old account I have (and the option is still there). But recently I've got a new account and it is not there, as shown in the attached print screen... how to proceed?

The button to direct who I message to is off the chat feature and I cannot figure out how to get on it. I have closed, opened. Before, the button was only partially off the chat so I could still click it, but for some reason it moved completely so I cannot click chat to everyone. Help. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall.

My mother-in-law had a zoom meeting today with her laptop and after the meeting, she was not able to leave the program or to end it - there is no "x" to click and even when she turned the laptop of and on again, this screen re-appeared. What can she do?

I am far away from her and can only support by telephone, so I cannot try things (she is over 80 years old and telephone support is difficult...).

The Zoom icon shows up in my outlook web appointments and it used to work to add a Zoom link.  Recently, when I click the icon and Add a Zoom Meeting, I started getting "Zoom is working on your Add a Zoom Meeting request" and then it just sits there.  I tried clicking on settings, under Add a Zoom meeting, and Zoom tells me there is a problem and read the article -- but there is no article and no indication of what the problem is. 

It works fine in my desktop Outlook, but I prefer Outlook in Chrome because I'm in Chrome all day anyway.  And it works in Edge, which I hate. 

I whitelisted Zoom in Chrome and turned off all my popup blockers for outlook and Zoom.  I've looked all through my Chrome and Outlook settings and cannot figure out what the problem is. 

If you have a solution, I would really appreciate it if you would share it with me please.

Only recently I have been unable to join a meeting via a link and I get the message Access Denied Error Code 1020. Some of the links do not give the meeting/passcode, so I have been unable to join. Why has this suddenly started to happen? Any help appreciated.

Hi there, I'm my organization's account administrator. In the last few months we've run into a new issue where alternative hosts are not able to join a meeting that requires registration- the system will tell them they need to register, but when they try to, it will tell them "Cohosts cannot register." 

We have had the same issue with our Zoom Room, where even if the user is added as an alternative host, they have not been able to start a meeting without the designated Host starting the meeting. This goes against the entire point of having alternative hosts. 

Any ideas of settings to toggle?
